"When we arrived we were shocked that there was no air conditioning in the entire hotel. We got to our room and it was 88 degrees. They said their AC had just gone out which we found hard to believe. Continuing on, they told us to just open our window, we tried and it would not open. They sent someone up who using a long screwdriver was able to get it open but it would not stay open. So they propped it open 5” using the Kleenex container. We washed for a fan and they brought us a 9” fan with a 6’ cord BUT the closest outlet was 10’ away. Another call and they said they would call an electrician. I then asked how about a plug strip, they had one and sent it up. Okay so our room is beginning to cool down. However, with the window open the traffic was obnoxiously loud and we were right above a bus line. I can go on and on, but hopefully this is enough to give you an idea on why you will want to pass on this property. This property should not be an option in Expedia. Jim Washington "

"The elevator was down during check-out the busiest time, we took stairs with all our luggage and i tripped coming down the stairs. Other then that it was a okay stay."

"Nice Hotel. Old world charm. Had an issue with our first room, shifted us straight away. Great location. Sitting on top of a Light Rail station so easy connection to the Airport."

"The room was nice; Lola’s next door was a great breakfast place. Our departure was marred by housekeeping not being informed of our late checkout. Our room was being cleaned when we got back from breakfast, and two additional staff members knocked on our door while we were still inside. Poor communication, but a great property and location. "

"Beautiful location on the hatbor. Easy walk to Lumen Stadium & T Mobile Park. We were in Seattle for a Mariners game. From the time we checked in the staff was extremely helpful. The on site Restaurant & Lounge were amazing. I would recommend the Beef & Bouillbasse. Expensive, yes...but worth it."

"Very unsafe neighborhood and the hotel staff was extremely unhelpful on where a safe place to park my oversized truck. Crazy homeless person chased my truck through the parking area they suggested. "

"I stayed two nights while I had a medical procedure done at the cancer Institute. Hotel was lovely. Loved the retro vibe. Checking in and out was great and staff was pleasant. The restaurant was amazing and I highly recommend the biscuits! Delicious! While trying to recover after my procedure I thought a neighbor was having a social gathering that spilled out into the hallway of the fourth floor outside of my door. So, I went to the hallway only to find out it was the cleaning crew having a great time whooping and a hollering. I called the desk and they said they would take care of it. Which I believe they did. However, later that evening an alarm went off in the neighboring room and stayed going off all night. THANKS CLEANING CREW for that lovely jester! "
