Nice air conditioning

It needs refurbishment.Toilet floor was leaking ,tabs and sockets were nearly out of the walls . Staff was good ,on complaint they changed the room right away with in an hour . Location is very good ,main attractions are on walkable distance and connection to metro ,tram and buses is good .

Basically this is a lovely hotel. Staff v helpful. Good condition. Rooms excellent and great daily cleaning etc. Only surprise is water temperature was low and same for jacuzzi. I'd been looking forward to relaxing in warm water. Not really same with room temperature water. But first world problems. It was v good other than that. I'd definitely stay again. I looked at food menu and it seemed overpriced but lots of other local options so I never ate here. Im sure food here is good.
