NO balcony furniture. NO in-room kettle or coffee maker, and no cups, dining room had a kettle we used but no cups, the fridge in our room was not working. Mold in shower."

He was more than a host, he had invaluable advice on what to see, where to go and what restaurants to eat at. Served a wonderful breakfast, based on what we told him we liked to eat. "Communication with the owner was great! The apartment was in a good location and neighbourhood. Very spacious apartment! With AC which helped with the hot weather! Bonus points for the owner who allowed us to keep our suitcases in the apartment after check out for a few hours as we had a late flight and for arranging a taxi to the airport! Thank you! "

"Had a great time staying here, we received great service the entire time, including in-room massages and a very long list of restaurant and cafe recommendations. The hotel is walking distance to the center of Palermo and lots of great places to eat, but options on the same street are limited. This was fine for us but may not be the best choice for others who want to have restaurants and shops immediately accessible upon walking out of the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. "

"There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."
