Well apointed, clean, laundry on 2nd floor takes credit cards-super convenient, beautiful pool/hot tub area! Cute village woth fun events and restaurants!
Great location, spacious condo, nice pool/hot tub for summer
Wonderful, spacious, clean condo. I was skeptical of the 3 level bunk bed, but it was fine and neither of my kids bonked their heads! We were up in Copper for a bicycle tour and the location was perfect. The pool and hot tubs were great to come back to on the hot afternoons.
Our visit was lovely—3 of us found the place well-stocked throughout, including kitchen. Master bathroom shower lacked any shelving in it at all, but otherwise everything was fine. We did lots of biking and hiking and proximity was great. Luggage carts were much appreciated.

Copper Mtn condo
Nice condo with a great location in Center Village at Copper Mtn. The furnishings and layout of the condo were very nice. All necessary kitchen utensils and tableware were included. Issues with a couple of items, but expect they will be repaired promptly.
Three friends and I stayed here to ski Copper Mountain for 3 days. The location is great. Just a quick 2-3 minute walk through the heart of the ski village to the ski lifts. Tons of restaurants and shops around. The property includes 1 underground parking spot and right across the street is an outdoor lot for additional cars. The check-in process was easy but slightly out of the way, as it requires you to go to a separate building across the village to find the lockbox with the condo keys. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking appliances which was great for our big breakfasts and lunches. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great ski base.

Nice Location, no support
This property is in a great location and is a nice layout.
We had several issues and reached out to Vacasa via VRBO and they didn't respond for several days which at that point was not helpful. We also reached out to Vacasa directly and they opened a ticket with the local team and that team never got it touch with us.
The main light in the kitchen was out, the window in the master bedroom was stuck open and broken and the hot water in one of the bathrooms was luke warm at best.
We were coming up to enjoy summer at Copper and that part was great! We were just disappointed with the support Vacasa provided. The initial customer service is responsive but after that, you are on your own.
If you do end up staying here, there is bike storage in the garage accessable via your key card. No one could answer that for us.
The place was beautiful. The location was amazing, the parking is absolutely phenomenal, and the hot tubs are probably the best we've ever seen at a condo. For the price we paid (discounted due to had snow year) it was absolutely 10/10. I'm sure it is normally 2-3x as much, and if I'd have paid that much there are 2 things that need to be improved.1.). There is a casement window in the main bedroom that does not close fully, it's always cracked open. You can see people have messed with it for a long time, so Vacasa and whomever else just refuse to fix it. Not only does it bleed on cold air (right next to the bed), it lets in a TON of outside noise. Again, for what I paid it was absolutely phenomenal. Vacasa did not come look at it even though it was requested.2.). The place could easily be better stocked with some cooking items and minor things. For example there was no salt, and no cookie sheets or oil. Many places we've stayed have been far better stocked.Again, the place was amazing for the price paid. Full price, I'd have minor complaints.

Needs some love
Passage Point is amazing!! We loved the hot tub, pool and proximity to Center Village. This unit was very clean but it needs some love. The shower drain was plugged, there were literally only 2 forks in the entire unit, there were no pool towels. The couch is pretty old and tired. There was food on the chairs. It wouldn’t take much to make this unit wonderful but it needs some attention.

not a pleasant stay
It's a nice unit with a decent view, but there were a lot of things we did not like. We did not like the neighbors above us playing their tv loudly past midnight. We did not like the fact the showers have no shelf at all for soap or shampoo, the only place to put them in on the floor. We did not like the hair on one of the couch pillows. As adults, we did not like the "bunk bed," which is three levels of very claustrophobic sleeping space. It might be fine for children or a very small adult, but was terrible for a regular size adult.
The condo was terrific. Location was excellent Took advantage of the fitness room. Need to put sanitation wipes for the equipment. Service was very responsive and friendly when we called about the toilet seat and door. Would rent here again

Condo weekly rental
It was wonderful. Fully stocked with board games and kitchen. It was lovely.
Gorgeous views, perfect location and great hot tubs. The beds were harder than we’d like and the property could use a little attention with burnt out light bulbs, master tub doesn’t fill with hot water very well, ripped comforters and overly used pillows. However it was very clean and we had a great time.
Summer stay. Racing Leadville 100. Getting to Leadville couldn't have been easier. Make a right out of the lot and drive 25 minutes. Overall a great place. Parking easy. Nice location. Bed comfortable. A few nits to bring to your attention. As with many places in the mountains there is no AC. Open the windows and deck door and got plenty of air. However, Rt 70 is pretty close and you can hear cars all night. It wasn't terrible but would have preferred less of that, so if you are sensitive to this, find a location with windows that face the Mtn. Also, no shelves in the Master shower. Soap etc had to be stored on the floor. Easy fix for the owner to address.
