"We were not able to eat breakfast because we took the shuttle to the airport at 6 AM. The young man who drove the shuttle was very, very good. He had a good sense of urgency and got the passengers in and out of the shuttle quickly. Desk staff not real friendly. I would encourage them to smile — it doesn’t cost anything and it goes a long way for a positive guest experience "
