The Hotel Kong Arthur is excellent. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast is one of the best buffets I have ever had. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable. However there is no air-conditioning which makes sleeping in the summer difficult.

Beautiful hotel in convenient location. The breakfast was one of the highlights. The room was very warm and I was not a big fan of the bathroom (economy room) but it was still good.

Great location and wonderful staff. Loved their patios and ambiance. However there is no A/C and opening the bedroom windows makes the room very noisy.

Das ideale Stadthotel für anspruchsvolle Kopenhagen-Besucher: Auch vom Zentrum zu Fuß gut erreichbar, idyllisch an einem der drei Stadtseen gelegen. Schöne, geräumige Zimmer, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption. Einziger Minuspunkt: Der Zimmerservice ist offenbar überfordert, wenn man für zwei Zimmerbewohner auch zwei Gesichtshandtücher benötigt, oder wenn man normalen Instantkaffee trinken möchte und nicht dekaffeinierten. Insgesamt wird man aber beim nächsten Kopenhagen-Aufenthalt gerne auf dieses Hotel zurückkommen.

Perfect location, very easy to get around! Hotel was clean and beautifully maintained. Best breakfast of all the hotels we stayed in during our visit. Nice staff too!

One of the most friendly hotel staffs. Directed me to Ibsens hotel for a small breakfast, which was great. We had warm weather so needed to leave windows open at night since no a/c, but that’s typical for the area. Gym is ok.

Great hotel in every aspect with friendly and efficient staff. Loved our room on the 5th floor (accessible only via stairs) with views over the city; the communal space and the courtyards are highly recommended and well designed.

Das Hotel hat einen super Lage. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Markthalle und u Bahn sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist sehr gemütlich. Zimmer sind toll und super sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Perfekt auch für Alleinreisende.

Großes Zimmer und großes innenliegendes Badezimmer; beides täglich gesäubert. Handtuchwechsel nur alle 4 Nächte (wir waren exakt 4 Nächte da); check-in konsequent nur um 15 Uhr möglich; früherer check-in nur gegen Aufpreis. Koffer können im UG im Raum mit Code abgestellt werden (bei An- und Abreise). Negativ: Der Code wurde in den fünf Tagen kein einziges Mal geändert. Wir denken, dies sollte zumindest jeden zweiten Tag erfolgen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Check-in und check-out waren dennoch ein wenig unkoordiniert, da man dreimal zu einem anderen Desk/Mitarbeiter verwiesen wurde. Happy hour zwischen 17-18 Uhr ist nett, wer es nutzen möchte (ein Bier/Wein/Saft oder Eistee sind kostenfrei). Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt, da die Markthalle in der Nähe genügend Auswahl bot und wir morgens schlichtweg wenig frühstücken. Aufgrund der Nähe zu Markthalle, Bahnstation und Stadtmitte würden wir es wieder empfehlen.

What can Isay about this hotel.... I've travelled for work and hotels can blur, but this hotel was for vacation and we had a blast. Clean, great rooms and food, "cozy hour"... all perfect. But the staff made it home. Magnus gets an extra call out for being great, but I could name them all. Highly recommend and we will be back!!

A lovely hotel with exceptional staff that go above and beyond. The drinks at 5pm were a lovely touch and created a great atmosphere in the hotel.
