Wifi was good - staff Pleasant & very helpful - room & bathroom clean - close to all amenities - tasty breakfast- hot water only in shower - large trucks driving by early in the morning- would stay here again

I've been to 30 countries. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at! The little boy working the front desk is condescending and rude and made up policies on the spot. They also lock you in like zoo animals. The front gate is padlocked and the front desk is not attended 24/7 so you can't get out. Strangest setup I've ever seen. Not to mention the black mold all over the bathroom. Don't stay here, no matter how cheap!

We booked. Booking said breakfast, pool and hot springs, and A/C. Got there, we got rooms with no A/C, hotel has no pool, and no hot springs (1hour distance) - no breakfast first day, until they saw bad reviews on other platforms. They agreed to half price the first night. First night we had no A\C and first morning had no Breakfast. We got intimidated and threats by staff members to our private number. Insulting our group. We still hold the evidence.
