"The staff at front desk was awful, one woman was the one there but I don’t remember the name, she didn’t want to help us in the accommodation of 9 people, she charged us $166 per room, even though one person stayed alone. "After an initial room assignment, there were elements of the room that were not working properly… However, quickly, they reassigned me to another room and everything was working great! I had several requests, especially for Ice somewhat frequently and they accommodated all of it without haste."
