We stayed here Week 1 for Dreams Park. It was perfect! The house was so great. The location was so great. We needed both the heat and the AC during our week and both worked great. The house was spotless and had everything you could need. Definitely recommend!!!

Fast responses, easy check in, the pack and play was set up for our little one, very clean, and lots of little details made it feel like home. On a busy street but easy to turn around and close to downtown. The second floor bedrooms get warm but the fans and an open window made it comfortable. Loved the big dinning table and open living room/kitchen- a great space to spend time with family. We’ll be back.

We had a great stay. The home is large and inviting. Plenty of common area space to hang. Everything was clean. All up to date appliances, etc. The host communicated before and was very flexible.I highly recommend.

The house is beautiful and everything we could’ve hoped for. Caroline was very helpful and communicative during the entire process. Highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice trip to Cooperstown and we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay in this farmhouse in Cooperstown. It was clean, cozy, comfortable and a great set-up for our family of 6 plus a grandpa! It was a rainy weekend, and this house was the perfect place to hang out and play games with the family after spending the days at the Hall of Fame and in town.

The house was very well appointed and very clean. We had four adults and our 15yr old grandson staying with us and there was plenty of room. My younger grandson was in a tournament at Dreams Field and the location was perfect, between Dreams Field and Cooperstown.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely, historic farmhouse which had all the modern conveniences of home! Working with Caroline was a pleasure who promptly responded to questions before, during and after our stay. The location to both downtown Cooperstown and Dreams Park plus nearby eateries was very convenient. With the hot days spent at the ballpark, the central a/c was a lifesaver! We are looking forward to future stays in the summers ahead.

We stayed here with 4 adults and 2 children and it was the perfect spot! The home is well cared for, clean, newly renovated, and has every amenity you could ask for! The home has a beautiful backyard and deck which we enjoyed when it wasn't too hot. The home is very well cared for and the decor is a modern farm house, with of course baseball themes mixed in! The A/C and fans in every room were perfect to come home to after many hot games. The location was perfect for going into town or heading to Dreams Park. The host was wonderful to work with and very attentive to any questions. We would highly recommend this to any friends or family visiting Cooperstown! 10/10!!!

This property was gorgeous! It was very spacious, it had 2 different living rooms to relax in and it was very clean. Highly recommend for a family attending games at either Dreams Park or All Star Village.

Everything was perfect! we loved the location as we could easily go back and forth between games at the Dreams Park. It was also convenient to go to Cooperstown and many area restaurants and attractions. It was nice to be able to grill and have some meals at home and not out. There was plenty of room in the house to relax. We loved the amenities and the character of the house and would definitely recommend it to others

Absolutely loved our stay here. If going to Dreams Park location is perfect - close and convenient. Communication with owner was great - quick response to any questions we had. This newly renovated home was absolutely beautiful! And it was in the perfect location- right in between Dreams Park and Cooperstown town center! Everyone was jealous of our location! Would highly recommend! Owner responds fast to any questions and was wonderful! We had a wonderful stay!!

This house was far beyond what I expected! It is such a cute house with tons of character and charm. We enjoyed watching the wildlife outside, and having lots of space to relax! The kitchen was well equipped and up to date. Having a washer and dryer was an extra perk. The bathrooms were nice and had some super soft towels ( I plan on buying some for my house ). Two large sitting rooms downstairs and nice bedrooms upstairs. One thing to note if renting this house is that it is located on a main road so traffic is heavy at times ( wasn’t an issue for us), also you have to turn your car around in the drive as I wouldn’t recommend backing into the road. We drove a Ford Expedition Max and has no issue doing this. Also you can hear noise through the floors due to no insulation in floors. If you have noisy people in your family this may be a problem but wasn’t for us. Also the air is excellent downstairs but doesn’t travel upstairs to bedrooms as well, so if you get super hot bring a fan for the bedroom. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this house! It was close to the park and grocery stores! Well worth the money! I’d rent this place again!!
