"We loved this hotel! The staff were top notch. When the hotel receptionist, Fatima, learned we had an early fight and couldn’t take advantage of the buffet breakfast she packed a bag with various fruits, muffins, yogurt etc and delivered it to our room. The shuttle to the airport was on time and very convenient. The room was spotless! We will definitely back!"

"The overall stay was pretty good there’s only one bad thing, the walls are paper thin, I heard my neighbors snoring, moving chairs, etc… but thats the only bad thing I could say about it "

"Let me start by saying that all the people from Andy Newman properties were very nice and tried very hard. From the moment we booked into 18 Clinton Court in Sterling VA. We had asked if we could come in early, ee were told no because there were people staying there. Come to find out nobody has been there in about a month, and it needed cleaning. We go downstairs there were flies everywhere, dead and alive. There was rancid smell coming from the washroom..smelled like something died. I opened the drier and it was full of dead and alive flies, and the smell was coming from there. I contacted Andy Newman properties and they told me they would send a site manager over to check it out. Then I was told that they were sending someone from a vent cleaning company over. Angel came over and found a dead rotting rat after taking off the vent, the rat was in the drier where the vent comes into the drier. Once the rat was disposed of the smell went away. I was told I would get a call from a manager, that never happened. I was sent a message telling me that they were taking off 100 for my trouble, I felt I should have gotten more.. I asked for 200 and they came back with 150. I still feel that we deserved more, but I was just too tired to fight. My charge card was overcharged 250 because of a pet charge..we didn’t have a pet, thought maybe they charged me for the dead rat. The reason we got this place was because my daughter had emergency surgery to remove a brain tumor"
"The only good things about this stay were the check in process and the location was closed to where I was working, along with the house being nice. With that out of the way, this experience was WELL BELOW EXPECTATIONS! First off, there were rats in the backyard as a result of neighboring yards not being maintained, rendering the yard completely useless for my dog and I in order to avoid catching Lepto! Also, the backyard was not maintained at all! Next, somebody’s socks were found in the basement and somebody’s nasal medicine was found in the kitchen (I assume the actual owner?) there was also a bunch of damage that I noted to the team. (I didn’t worry about the sock because it wasn’t a big deal to me.)Next my work project site was shut down a week into my stay and I had to return home to Cleveland. On top of that, Andrew refused to refund me the rest of the trip and refused to cancel it! The site remained closed for the rest of the month, opens May 5th, the Monday after I was scheduled to leave the house; however, since I had to not only go back to Cleveland a week in, I no longer felt that the house/area was safe for my dog and I! Andrew also refused to communicate with me directly and just had his assistants talk to me! Talk about unprofessional!Next, there’s no pool! Not sure why that’s even in the list.Next, there was a southern black widow in the basement that crawled in from the water heater room, that could’ve severely harmed us! Stay away from this rental group!!"
