We were verysatisfied with everything.

The middle-aged woman who helped me when I checked in at the front desk was very kind and friendly, which left a good impression on me. It helped me relax on the first day of my travel in Germany. The hotel is small and the rooms are narrow, but I have no complaints. Above all, the location is convenient. I didn't mind it much, but when I pulled back the bed sheets, I found a small insect carcass that looked like a bed bug. The shower room is small, and the door is made of transparent glass, so Asian people who aren't used to it might be surprised. The problem was that water from the shower was leaking out from the gap at the bottom of the glass door. This may be a common design in Europe, but Asian people who aren't used to it should be cautious. Overall, it was comfortable.

施設は清潔で美しく、スタッフは親切で素晴らしい時間を過ごすことができました。 急遽誕生日のサプライズをお願いした時も迅速に素晴らしい対応をしていただきました。友人にとって素晴らしい誕生日になったと思います。チップをお渡ししたかったのですがタイミングを失ってしまいお渡しできず申し訳なかったです。フランクフルトからの交通の便も良いので、とてもおすすめですし、こういったお城ホテルの中ではリーズナブルに楽しめる宿泊先です。ぜひまた宿泊したいです。
