"Great hotel. Loved the bar/lounge! Second to none!"

"The room looked clean at first, but when we went into the bathroom, there was a lot of dirt and hair behind the door. There was no shower gel at all and no conditioner either. The soap had already been opened, so it looked like it had been left from the previous guests. There were no towels, but they brought them after we asked. The refrigerator was leaking, and when we entered the room there was a puddle of water on the floor. We had to walk around the room in our shoes because the dirt kept sticking to our feet. The bathroom was especially uncomfortable because there was so much hair and dust that it felt unpleasant to stand there barefoot."

"Had a beautiful suite and everyone was so kind and welcoming. However being on the main streets of Orlando the traffic kept us awake all night. They really should invest in some soundproofing."

"Everything was fine from the time we arrived the day before on a different reservation as we got there unexpectedly the day before. We just had the keys rekeyed and was good to go. The room was very clean. It passed my cleaning test that I do at any stay with an A+ especially the bathroom. Kyle at the front desk was fantastic and kudos to the dining staff. "
