"Really nice stay but shine was taken off by one of staff being quite confrontational. Lovely welcome and check-in spoiled by an older lady I believe called Nicola (that’s what came up on the digital till when I purchased a drink later in the evening) who involved herself unnecessarily in the check-in process. "- Room was great - Staff were great - Breakfast was decent enough. Cooked food could have been better, but it was sufficient. - Gym was ok, but the pool area wasn't the best. Changing room was dirty, pool was a bit merky and the sauna wasn't very hot. Overall, it was decent for the £95 we paid for b&b for the night for 3 people. Would go again, just not into the pool."

"Lovely hotel, staff friendly and food on site was lovely. Quick service and nice environment. Certain parts of the building are quite run down and need fixing, I.e. health club ceilings visibly damaged and in a state of disrepair in areas but overall didn’t detract from experience. "
