Entrance through a traditional Lakeland porch, into slate tiled hallway with plenty of space to kick off muddy boots and wet weather gear.
To the right is the spacious and welcoming, open plan kitchen-dining room. From here a door leads through to the spacious sitting room with wood burning stove, comfortable seating, TV and a plethora of local walking books and guides. At the rear of the room, French windows flood the area with sunlight and allow guests easy access out into the delightful cottage garden.

A fence is in place in the beck side garden however we recommend that children and pets should be supervised in this area due to the proximity to the stream which can be deep after rain.
There's also a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer & storage area for bikes and outdoor gear.
