Free for All Parking !!!

The parking is non - regulated…. There are cars, suvs and pick up trucks everywhere- including areas that clearly say: no parking !!! The Hotel doesn’t do anything about it ….!!! The answer is: I am sorry ….!!!

En general bien, sólo detalles lo alejan de la excelencia como, estado de las alfombras y la necesidad de contar con ducha teléfono en el baño y algún espejo fuera del que está en el baño. Los estacionamientos son bastante estrechos

El personal de servicio amable y buena disposición, faltó algún grado de conocimiento respecto de disponibilidad de alimentación ( caso jugos, solicitamos de frutilla y mango y solo preparaban de mango, según indicaron por falta de personal) El resto bueno. El hotel es lindo, tiene buena vista y el personal es atento. Lo malo, la habitación pequeña, estacionamiento insuficiente. Lo horrible el desayuno con una verdadera plaga de moscas pequeñas.

Nunca decepciona.

Este hotel ubicado en calle Chacabuco, nunca nos decepciona. Su personal es excepcional. Fernando en front desk te hace sentir como un amigo que vuelve al igual la señora de ojos azules que atiende el restaurante y el señor mayor. En verdad uno se siente especial. Además las instalaciones cuentan con todo. Felicitaciones al hotel por su preocupación.

Muy mal, no aparece la reserva en el hotel , tuvimos que afianzar el pago por un valor superior a la espera que solucionen el problema en la mañana. Además me dieron una habitación y cuando ingresamos , nos encontramos con la sorpresa desagradable que estaba ocupada
