The staff was helpful and kind, housekeeping was incredible (really above and beyond) and the rooms and amenities were all great! Absolutely a great choice and great location for anyone visiting Concepcion and the surrounding areas!

It could be better

Check In was at 3pm instead of 2pm, as most hotels in Chile use to. Paper bin in the bathroom was dirty when we arrive to the room. When you get a shower you'll spread a lot of water in the bathroom floor. Bathroom doesn't have an exhaust fan. Hotel doesn't have Room Service.

Os quartos sao antigo. Havia um time de futebol hospedados sem muita supervisão que fizeram bagunca por toda noite. A academia é muito simples, poderia ter pelo menos um armario para colocar nossos pertencentes e mais pesos.

Hospedagem espetacular. Atendimento do recepcionista Jesus fez toda a diferença. O quarto era perfeito, vista linda do por do sol, silencioso, chuveiro com ótima pressão e temperatura, a cama grande eextremamente confortável. Foi sem dúvida o melhor custo benefício que já nos hospedamos até hoje.

Me quedé bien aquí, creo que es la mejor opción de Concepción. El personal es muy amable y les gusta ayudar a sus huéspedes. La comida en la noche es excelente, las habitaciones y sus camas muy cómodas. ¡Gracias!

En la página dicen ser friendly pero hay que pagar 30 mil pesos más Impuesto por noche, igual dicen que tienen estacionamiento y en realidad hay que pagar 9 mil pesos. Por lo demás bien ubicado personal muy amable, comidas Excelente. La nevera en la habitación vacía

Llegué y no hicieron válida la recervacion. Y me quedé sin hotel. Es el colmo pésimo servicio. Dijeron que ustedes nunca le mandaron mi recervacion. Tuve que conseguir otro Hotel. Y me dijeron que como no pague en HOTELS.COM nunca les mandaron mi recervacion.

O hotel é bom e bem localizado. O atendimento foi ótimo. Quando tive problemas com o primeiro quarto (umidade), deram um upgrade para outro bem melhor. O café da manhã é fantástico
