The villa Cortijo Bellavista is located in the town of Cómpeta in southern Spain's Andalusia region and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing vacation with sea and mountain views. The 120 m² villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 people. The villa also features Wi-Fi, a DVD player, satellite television, heating, a fan, and a washing machine. Children are welcome.



The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool, barbecue, garden, garden furniture, and an open terrace. Excellent villa

Fantastic property with wonderful views. The villa is equipped with everything for a perfect vacation. Everything was clean and working and the pool was great. The villa has a great territory with several terraces that you use to be in the sun or in the shade as the day goes by. Could not have asked for more.

Pros: We spent a week in the house in August 2014. The place is very nice. The house is located in a slopy area and views are wonderful. It was great to swim in the pool and take a look at hills, valleys and houses lying on hillsides. The house is well-equiped (including washing mashine and dishwasher). We had our bikes with us and rode a lot in the surrounding area. One day we rode down to the sea bank (in Torrox Costa) but the return way was rather exhausting:) - 20 km uphill. We are cat lovers and were happy to discover that a domesticated cat visited us for a while almost every evening. It liked being petted. The cat must've lived in a house somwhere in the neighborhood. There are nice restaurants and shops in Competa, but the house is located almost 4 km out of the town. It was not a problem for us because we had bikes and car but if you don't have neither of them with you the distance could be considered a drawback. The climate is very nice in Competa and the neighborhood. The air is fresh and the humidity is apparently lower than near the sea bank. In general we can recommend the place strongly.

Wir haben insgesamt einen tollen, erholsamen Urlaub hier verlebt!

Pros: Die Aussicht in die Berge und auf das Meer ist atemberaubend schön. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Insbesondere findet man in der Küche alles, um auch selber gut zu kochen. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön und läd dazu ein auch einmal dort zu verweilen. Die Anfahrt zum Meer ist mit ca. 45 min mit dem Auto kein Problem. Die 2,5 km entfernte Stadt Competa ist sehr sehenswert und bietet Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Cons: Die sehr steile Anfahrt ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber kein Problem. Eine Klimaanlage in den Schlafräumen wäre wünschenswert, wir haben den Aufenthalt aber auch ohne sehr genossen. Wir müssten 45 min am Treffpunkt auf die Schlüsselübergabe warten, obwohl wir zu den vereinbarten Zeiten vor Ort waren, war das Büro nicht besetzt.

Boendet var bra och allt behövligt fanns.

Pros: Utsikten över dalen var helt underbar, poolen mycket trevlig, också med utsikt. Fler bra uteplatser att välja på. Cons: Att vi inte fick korrekt info om tillträdet( fick inte te.nr vi skulle ringa) utan fick åka runt i 3 timmar innan vi fick hjälp på ett hotell.De kände ägaren och kunde kontakta denne. Att det bara fanns två fläktar till tre sovrum.

Lo pasé muy bien y disfrute de la instancia.

Pros: Lo bonito que es el cortijo y las vistas que tiene. Esta genial todo muy limpio y cómodo la verdad está muy bien cuidada y es muy bonito x dentro y por fuera. Cons: Que no está todo vallado y para los perros es un poco peligroso x las pendientes que tiene. Yo llevaba 2 cachorras y no pude soltarlas x que me daba miedo que se me cayesen x allí. La TV esta en alemán y no pude ver ningún canal.

Pros: Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa, il y a une très belle vue sur les montagnes et la mer. On a pu profité de la piscine, des terrasses et des arbres frutiers du jardin... Le seul point négatif c'est la route qui est avec beaucoup de virages et l'entrée de la villa qui est très en pente, faudrait prévenir les futurs locataires de venir en 4X4 c'est mieux.
