"Staff needs better training. Akways seems to be issues with computers. Ice machines had no ice. Another guest told me they had checked several of them. Maid service was requested twice, but showed up late in evening. My brother had to go to check in 5 times in 3 days because of card issues with the door to his room. I am disappointed in my first time there. "

"I had a really good stay at Super 8 by Wyndham Fredericksburg. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful during check-in and throughout the stay.
For the Fredericksburg area, the price was also very reasonable compared to a lot of other places nearby. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it’s a solid, dependable place to stay if you’re looking for something affordable with good service.
Overall, a decent room, nice staff, and a great price for the area. I’d definitely consider staying here again."

"Most of the staff were extremely nice. I am taking off a couple of stars because of one woman working the reception. I didn’t catch her name (brunette, glasses), but she was less than cordial when we came at 2:30pm Tues March 10 to see if the room might be ready and then when I returned my room keys the next morning she didn’t even acknowledge me. Maybe she was having a bad couple of days, but otherwise a pleasant hotel (the gentlemen that checked me in around 5pm the same day was very nice)."
