Great stay! The place was super clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed. Loved having a designated parking spot - it made things so much easier. We were visiting my son at OSU, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. Communication was smooth and friendly. Would definitely stay again!

The front door lock was out of alignment and required more than a reasonable amount of jostling to coax it open. When we finally got in, after the 4pm check in, the apartment wasn’t cleaned. Beds weren’t changed, trash in kitchen, etc. very negative and awkward experience. The cleaner came in 30 minutes after us and asked me if I let the host know when we were coming! It was after the host designated check in time. A guest should not have to justify anything to the cleaning staff. Very awkward experience. The deposit was ludicrous, literally 1000% of the rental rate. After 1 week, the deposit was not released from my card. I had to call vrbo who directed me to Expedia who directed me to my credit card company I said I had to open a claim to get my deposit back. In the meantime, my credit card statement posted and I had to pay this deposit upfront. After numerous outage as a customer service, I finally was given my deposit back. I would not recommend this host or property!

Was told its available at 4:00 pm. Cleaning crew was still there and told us we could not come in until 6:00. Their was a coffee maker, but no coffee but don't expect that. BUT NO DISHES. ZERO cups, no plates, no forks or knives. So this place is ok if you only order pizza and ask your pizza place for paper plates and to bring you drinks. One bed frame was broken, I had to fix it before my kids could sleet on it. Front door No Dead Bolt to securely lock it from the inside.
