The road/parking area was in terrible condition. Cement damaged, rocks kicking up on our car. The sidewalks going up to our room were uneven and dangerous to walk on. The exterior of the entire building was not in good shape - peeling paint, etc. and definitely needed some work. The hot tub and pool were too dirty to go in, plus mold around the edges. The room was very outdated. Walls were scratched and there was a hole in the carpeting. No bottles of shampoo, conditioner or soap, as in most hotels. Just a soap dispenser on the wall and one of them was completely empty. Two plastic chairs on the balcony were too dirty to sit on. One of the TVs had a blurry picture and was unwatchable. There was a sign in the lobby saying "join us for tea and coffee". When we asked about it, they said "that broke and we haven't fixed it". Actually, we hardly ever leave a review but this was so terrible that we feel others should know. Obviously, we will not be back.

This property is in serious need of an update. Bed and bedding has seen its better day. Mattress is long overdue for replacement as well as the bedspread. The staff was kind and helpful.

We arrived and were told to park in a certain parking spot, but that if someone was in it, just park somewhere else, that they didn't police it (what's the point of having assigned parking). The place is old and tired (rotting siding, balconies need staining, etc.)and looks it. We get in the room and the remote for the bedroom TV was way under the bed and then that TV didn't work (They did come and fix it right away). This was obviously an OLD apartment building and the living room had a second bed in it instead of a couch,and only one chair so if a couple wanted to watch tv, one had to sit on the bed. When we finally did get into the bed, the mattress was obviously very old. It sagged so much in the middle that it was VERY difficult to get out of and, though we love each other very much, were almost forced to sleep in the middle together instead of on each side of the bed. I called the front desk to get some extra towels and the lady acted as though it was a big hassle to give me a couple extras. The toilet would keep running and we had to jiggle the handle (an easy fix, if they were inclined to do it). So many other things too, but this should be enough to tell you, don't stay here. The price was good, but not worth it. It's an old, rundown building and needs a complete overhaul, if not razing and starting over.

This is a historical, rustic setting; which I like. The room was spacious and had kitchenette.(which we did not need). The rooms were clean but the toilet seat was loose and moved around. But mainly the bed was as hard as a rock. So uncomfortable. Neither one of us could sleep. We did not discover this until we were back late from the concert. The main purpose of the room is to get a good nights sleep. Highly disappointed. They also had a need for various maintenance on the whole building. (We only stayed one night.) At checkout the lady did not even ask "How was your stay". I do not recommend them at this time.

Very disappointed. I expected 8.2 rating, but it’s more of a 6. The room had been smoked in, had evergreen branch in it and the soap/shampoo was more water than soap. Staff was nice and pleasant, but highly disappointed in the quality of the room.

There were a lot of carpet bugs and it scared us because we taught they were bed bugs. Stink bugs all over, crawling on us while we slept. Other than that, it was a nice place.

The room was clean, but the property is run down. The mattress on both beds in our room was wore out 10 years ago. We sunk down in the middle all the way to the box springs. It was like climbing a hill to get out of bed. The carpet in the main room if the sweet was worn so badly that there was a hole where you could see the backing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful! Room was clean and comfortable. Location was good. Very close to most places. Restaurant and bar onsite was very good maybe a tad bit expensive but still a good experience. We will definitely stay there again!

The rug had not been vacuumed as there were crumbs on the floor The dishes were went to use were dirty dried food . Fridge in bad shape, leaking water on the floor. No hand soaps, hair dryer you had to get from the front desk! No coffee filters and the shower curtain was so disgusting at the bottom We stayed there yrs ago and it was just outstanding Spent our 51st anniversary there this time

Arrived to the room with no heat on. Took an hour to get air temp comfortable. No soap in shower soap dispenser. Upstairs tenants simply walking caused early wake up due to floor creaking badly. Coffee make barely worked. Bed and pillows uncomfortable.

The hotel room was like a small apartment, with a separate bedroom. It was very spacious. It also looked worn, with large marks on the outside door and just a general-looking "old" appearance. It was comfortable, and the full kitchen was well stocked with dishes, etc. It was a longer than usual walk from the parking lot to our room. Also, we had to go outside, to a separate building, to access the pool. This was disappointing since the weather was cold. Staff were very friendly.
