Lady at the front desk was extremely welcoming and a great ambassador for the brand. Made it all go so very smooth.

Excellent staff service. We had to change rooms 3 times due to leak on the floor, strong musty smell, and the last one had the carpet wet by the air condition.

My overall hotel stay was nice. My room #120 had a mold and dampness issue. It was so strong, that I had some trouble with breathing and sleeping. This room needs immediate attention to address mold smell. the carpet needs replaced in the room, it was loose and coming up when you walked on it.

My husband woke up in the night with a bug crawling on his head. Wont be staying there again, even for the convenience next to the airport!

The only negative I had was the tv did not work and it took over 5 hours to fix! There was a group at the property and they took over the lobby area; no one else could sit in that area.

My original room had no hot water. When moved to a new room, my bed size was down graded but no adjustment with the cost was made. I was here primarily for sleeping and the bed was comfy but hot water is a necessity and I shouldn’t have to run the water for an extended amount of time.

Our arrival began with a long line of guests waiting at the front counter; staff was overwhelmed. The lobby/1st floor and 3rd floor were hot; it didn’t seem like the AC was operating. Only 1 elevator was functioning; the other was OOS. Our room was outdated and run down. Mattress/box spring needs to be replaced; were worn out. The limited breakfast buffet was out of most of the warm food at 9am.
The only positives were quiet room with a decent shower and a free shuttle to the airport.
Out of all of the Hampton Inns we have stayed at, we were extremely disappointed with this location. It was comprible to that of a Super 8 or other low end motel. This location does not live up to the expectations of a Hampton Inn Hotel chain. Corporate should assess/audit this location.

Friendly staff and the room was okay. Toilet was extremely too low for someone my height. Television didn't work but for me it wasn't big issue. Bed was comfortable which was nice. The breakfast was very good. Overall I would recommend.

Flight was delayed so we got to the hotel extremely late and had to wait significantly for shuttle transport. I called the hotel previously to let them be aware we would have a late check in and was given a less than warm reception on the call. I was told I should have called after midnight and the reservation number originally told me to call before midnight. The most disturbing is the fact when we woke up this morning there was no running water. We could not use the toilet, wash hands, shower or brush our teeth. Ridiculous! When I questioned it, the response from the manager was it will be back on in about 30 minutes (after check out time). That unfortunately is not going to do us any good. Do better Hampton Inn
