The Russell is cohosted by Stupendous Stays. Stupendous Stays is a small, family run hospitality company in Columbus.

☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆

This urban retreat features four bedrooms, so you can enjoy a unique and relaxing sanctuary at the end of the day. Each bedroom is equipped with a white noise machine and memory foam mattresses.

You’ll find one bedrooms on the first floor. The first bedroom contains a plush queen-sized bed. You’ll also find a closet with a pack-n-play, a stroller, and travel crib, so you don’t have to worry about bringing your own.

The second bedroom is located on the 2nd floor and features a cushy queen-sized bed. The third and fourth bedrooms are on the third floor. The primary bedroom features a king sized bed and 55" Roku smart TV.

Make your way up to the top floor where you’ll find the rooftop patio with breath taking view of the city.

The pristine bathrooms are the perfect place to get ready for your day on the town! There are two full bathrooms, each equipped with a hairdryer, fresh towels (including makeup towels), and Ginger Lily Farms shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

On the first floor, you’ll find one full bath with a tub/steam shower combo.

The second floor has a half bathroom and exposed brick, adding to the modern charm of the home

Finally, you’ll also find a full bath on the third floor featuring a tiled walk in shower. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided.

Whip up delicious meals in the sophisticated fully-equipped kitchen. You’ll find everything you’ll need, including an extensive array of cookware and dish-ware, so you never have to fret about running out of pots, pans, or cooking utensils. Chefs of your group will adore the high-end stainless steel appliances, sleek countertops, and exquisite cabinets.

Enjoy a quick cleanup using the dishwasher. Dishwashing pods will be provided so you don’t have to worry about picking them up at the grocery store. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from the complimentary coffee bar stocked with ground coffee, K-cups, cream, sugar and sweeteners. You can enjoy your beverage of choice at the sleek kitchen island by pulling up one of three stools.

If you’re traveling with little ones, help yourself to the high chair located in the cabinet to the left of the fridge.

House Rules & Avoidable Fees:


Signed rental agreement required to receive arrival instructions.

•$750 avoidable fee for unauthorized parties or events
•No glitter or confetti allowed, $300 avoidable fee if found in property
•$500 avoidable fee for smoking inside, you may smoke outside. Sensors in the house will detect cigarette, cigar and marijuana smoke.
•$200 unauthorized late checkout avoidable fee
•$750 unauthorized pet fee
•Extra Person beyond the number of authorized guests reserved is subject to $75 per person per night fee. Persons on the premises past 12AM are subject to additional guest fees.
•Read and follow instructions on fire pit
•Turn off fire pit propane tank after each use
•The use of tape on the home’s walls, ceilings, and furnishings is not permitted.
•Tampering with, unplugging and/or covering of Ring cameras, noise monitoring devices and smoke monitoring devices is grounds for immediate reservation cancellation without refund

Pet rules and avoidable fees:

* Dogs only, no other pets allowed.
Requires approval before booking.

* Two dogs max with combined weight less than 125lbs
*$100 per dog pet fee
* Must be over 1 year old
* Prohibited per insurance: An animal or pet that is vicious or has previously bitten or injured, or if any occupant has a dog of the breed shown: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bullmastiff, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Great Dane, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Siberian Husky, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Any Wolf Hybrid, any mix of these breeds.
* Undisclosed pet fee $500 and grounds for reservation termination without refund depending on severity of situation.



* Remove all poop from the yard ($50 per pile if found on property upon checkout). Please use the provided bags and dispose of in trash can behind garage to avoid this fee.
* Crate dogs when owners are away.
* Leash and maintain control of dog when outside
* Please discourage dogs on any beds/furniture to help keep it nice for future guests.
* $50 fee per bed/furniture if excessive pet hair found on it. This is what the cleaners charge me in such instances.
* Please do not use solid white towels for pets.
* Do not enclose dog(s) alone in any room.
* Please be considerate and keep pet messes cleaned up, including fur accumulation, spillage from food & water bowls, drooling, dirty paws, etc.
* All dogs must be free of fleas and must be current on flea & tick treatment as well as shots.





•Please double check that you have all of your items prior to leaving. There is a $25 handling fee, plus shipping costs, to return all left behind items.

•Floor/stairs may be slippery, be cautious
•Please Empty dryer lint trap after each use
•Use only dedicated black makeup removal towels to remove makeup

• Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM
• Checkout is 11:00 AM or earlier
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
• Wifi router, smartlocks, modem, decibel monitoring device, smoke detectors, and security cameras may not be unplugged at anytime. Smoke detectors are located in each room. Decibel monitoring device is located in the dining room, front porch and back porch. It does not record anything, it only monitors noise decibel levels. This helps prevent parties from happening. Outdoor security cameras are located at the front door, back door and backyard area. The cameras and decibel monitoring devices are on 24/7. A temperature sensor is located on the top floor. It only monitors temperature.

Internet access: We make every effort to ensure this service is working properly, but we are not responsible for problems with internet service or the guest’s computer. We do not provide any technical support and no refunds are issued for internet service related problems. We would ask you to reset the router, but it is other than that it is out of our control

We do our best to make sure all advertised amenities are in working order upon the arrival of our guests. Although rare, sometimes amenities will stop working without warning. We will make every effort to get amenities back up and running or replace the amenity to the best of our ability. In the event the downed amenity is unable to be used during a stay for a mechanical reason, and the Guest has properly notified us, we will refund the Guest $15 for every 24 hours they are unable to use the amenity due to mechanical failure. We do not refund money for problems associated with improper use by guest


This rental is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

Early Check-In: Early check-in is sometimes available, but not guaranteed. If the home is ready early, the hour before check-in time is always free, and if you’d like to get in earlier, it’s $25/hr.

Late Check-Out: Late check-out is sometimes available, but not guaranteed. If it is available, it’s $50.
