I’ve done a significant amount of travel and can say that my stay at this hotel was top 3. The staff were professional, positive, and engaging. The standard room was spacious, clean, well maintained, bedding was comfortable, and the water pressure was on point. Entering the hotel from the street you get an immediate sense of an earlier era. While you might read this property is not modern. I believe that this is by intent. Nothing is in disrepair and you will feel the luxury and service by design.
