Summary:
Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place where everyone will enjoy! This apartment is a very quick drive to high street where all of the actions happen. Conveniently, this warming space is just a 25 minute walk to The Shoe where you can enjoy Buckeye Football weekends!

The Space:
This newly renovated two bedroom and one bath will have you amazed with how cozy it feels! It is perfect for entertaining all while you are sure to have a great night of sleep. Live in the modern comforts of home.

Guest Access:
There is a lockbox on the stairs going down right when you walk in the door. There are 3 there, yours will say A3 on it.

The Neighborhood:
This unit is in the perfect location as High Street (half a mile) , Downtown Columbus (2.5 miles), The Shoe (1.5 miles) and Ohio State campus (half a mile) are all right around the corner.

Getting Around:
Many activities are in walking distance but there is city transportation if needed. Columbus has ample street parking along with most venues having their own parking.

Other Things to Note:
Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check in date is at least 14 days away. A 50% refund is applied for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. NO refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

1.5 Miles from High St!!
When I came in there was a lot of kids everywhere and I was thinking I might not be able to stay there because of all the noise. However; that was alleviated because about 1/2 mile to the property it was like a ghost town but in a good way!!! The property itself was nice but if you are looking for a newer structure this is not the place for you, I would say the building/unit was built between 1960-1990. If you are like me that is not important enough to change my stay but would include that for anyone that may. The ONLY hiccup was my car being towed EVEN with the parking pass in the same spot Fri-Wed without incident. Long story short the management company was extremely responsive and had the issue was resolved in 90 minutes. The property management apologized for the issue but I didn’t hear from the owner. Could have been so disastrous but the property management handled it very effectively. Would most definitely stay again.

Nice apartment
We literally only had time to sleep here, but was grateful for the off street parking & good location to University village. Well decorated & the owner was very responsive w/ a quick question. Fully appointed, so if your stay is longer, you’d be all set.
