They even walked us to our room and showed us the proper code entry procedure, then after ensuring that our room met our needs they offered to help us move our luggage from the vehicle into the room. 「Love having a fridge with a freezer compartment as we had ice-packs we needed to refreeze. Got the Hot Springs tickets from them which saved us the cost of hiring a towel at the Hot Springs. For the price the amenities supplied was better than fancier hotels, shampoo plus conditioner, tea bags etc. I think small operator are so much better in terms of value. 「We loved our stay at Copperhorse! It was a beautiful property and it had lots of special touches that made us feel comfortable. The breakfast and beverage selection were really nice. Our only complaint (using that term loosely) was that we couldn’t find any access to ice. But we managed to get some from a gas station nearby. Thank you for a lovely stay!」
