Updated home near Fort Jackson

Summary:
Enjoy an entertaining experience at this centrally-located home near Fort Jackson, USC, the gamecocks stadium and downtown Columbia. This house is off of Garners Ferry Rd, minutes from shops and restaurants. Safe and friendly neighborhood. Enjoy a hot cup of coffee on the deck in the morning while birdwatching. In the evening, snuggle up on the comfy sofas to watch a movie or take a stroll through five points, one of Columbia's famous hangouts, a charming village booming with things to do.

The Space:
Take a few steps up to the front door and once you enter the house you will be greeted with warm blues in the thoughtfully decorated living room with enough seating for 6-8 guests.
The house has recently been renovated to create an open concept feel. The dining room is directly across the living room with a charming farm house table and enough seating for 6. The fully equipped kitchen is upgraded with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The open concept layout allows for guests in the kitchen to still have visual access to the living room and TV so everyone can get in on the entertainment!
In the kitchen corner you will find a lovely 2 person bistro high top table, perfect for a cup of coffee or quick morning breakfast.
Also in the kitchen, next to the refrigerator, you will find the very popular GE washtower for your laundry needs. A laundry basket and tide pods are available on top of the machine. The step stool is kept in between the refrigerator and the washing machine.
Across from the dining room you will see the recently painted deck with a seating area perfect for outdoor entertainment.
Down the hall from the dining room you will find the hall bathroom and bedrooms. The hall bathroom is complete with a tub/shower combo, sink and toilet.
The room across from the bathroom is the bunk room, complete with full size beds and a large-screen TV as well as Bluetooth speaker. Adjacent to the bunk room you will find a delightful queen bedroom complete with a dresser, 2 night stands and a large screen TV as well as a Bluetooth speaker. Across from this room is the relaxing master bedroom complete with a newly renovated en-suite bathroom. The master also has a queen bed, dresser and 2 night stands along with a large screen TV and Bluetooth speaker.

Guest Access:
The only part of the house that is not accessible to guests is the owners closet which will be locked.
