Located close to the trailhead to Stratton Open Space and hundreds of miles of popular hiking and mountain biking trails, this quiet 700 square foot cottage offers the comforts of a luxury hotel with the privacy and conveniences of home. Enjoy an easy stroll across the street to the neighborhood coffee shop or walk just a few blocks to the famed Broadmoor Hotel. Stay at home to create meals in the fully stocked kitchen while enjoying views of the mountains, wildlife and the Will Rogers Shrine.

Returning guests to this beautiful and conveniently located property. (Last year we stayed in the backside unit.) Location is excellent, permitting an easy walk to Starsmore hiking trails as well as to the Broadmoor. We appreciate the cleanliness of the unit as well as everything was thoughtfully stocked and appointed.Overall, a very positive stay and experience! We hope to be back for a third visit soon!

Lovely and Relaxing and Cozy

My mom and i stayed for a few nights in this lovely home away from home. It was beautifully appointed and in a great location. The hosts David and Karen were kind and accommodating and accessible. This property is quiet, comfortable, well-furnished and immaculately clean. Communication with the hosts was easy and the location is near to the Broadmoor. Parking was easy. Would recommend and will likely stay again when in the area.

Outstanding!

I could not have asked for a more wonderful experience! The cottage was clean and cozy, the bed was comfy and coffee on the front porch was delicious. The morning visits from friends (mule deer) were most enjoyable! I hope to return again one day.
