With room for up to 10 guests, multiple living areas, a fun game room, and a fenced yard for pets, this home is perfect for gatherings and getaways! 🏠 The Home
Step inside this inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bath split-level home offering over 2,000 sq. ft. of space designed for comfort and connection.
- On the main level, relax in the bright living room with a large sectional and smart TV, then gather for meals in the dining area (seating for 6 plus 3 at the breakfast bar). The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, new butcher-block countertops, and all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare meals with ease. A sliding glass door leads to the backyard deck for easy outdoor dining.
- Upstairs, you'll find three cozy bedrooms, one king and two queens, all with ceiling fans and plush bedding. The shared full bathroom includes a double vanity and shower/tub combo, accessible from both the hallway and the primary bedroom via a stylish barn door.
- Downstairs, a convenient dedicated workspace allows for some quiet to get some work completed (note: this area is open, not a closed bedroom and it does not have a door). This level also includes a second bathroom with a rainfall shower, a laundry area with full-size washer/dryer, and walk-out access to the backyard.
- Head down one more level to enjoy a second living space complete with a convertible sleeper sofa, full over full bunk bed with twin trundle, smart TV, darts, an indoor basketball game, and a combination ping pong/pool table. Please note, this is a smaller, recreational-size table, perfect for casual play and family fun!

We got ripped off right from the start on the price and given the runaround on it.This place was clean, but left a lot to be desired, along with the fact that the price changed after booking.The worst problem with this booking was the fact that the price went up around 300 from what it showed the total to be when I pressed the booking confirmation. When I realized this a couple days later, I contacted VRBO and they told me it was a problem on the Host's side and I needed to contact the Host. Then when I contacted the Host, they blamed it on VRBO and said I needed to contact VRBO. I went back and fourth on this twice with both VRBO and the Host and got nothing but the runaround. We would have canceled at that point, but it showed we would not receive a full refund and we could not find anything else available that would work for our family.I will say that the Host was always very responsive, especially when we got there and the A/C was not properly working. All of the advertised games in the gameroom were broke. There are soft spots in the kitchen floor, one being so bad i had to avoid it altogether because I almost fell stepping on it and was afraid I was going to step through the floor. The beds were not comfortable and we woke up hurting every morning. The kitchen was decently stocked, but no lids fit any of the storage containers.The couch was HORRIBLE and so worn out and broken down, you could feel all of the bars and boards in your back and butt. Exceeded our expectations!Property was clean, well-stocked, comfortable, and easy to access. My family of 5 had more than enough room to stay and even had extra beds we didn’t use. We loved the multi-level layout of the house with bedrooms upstairs and game room on lower level. My teenage sons were able to play games and play their guitars without my husband or I hearing them when we went to sleep. The boys enjoyed the pool/ping pong table and the TV in the game room. We also enjoyed the big TV in the living room when it rained outside and we stayed in for the night. (Note that it did seem to be a bit discolored in part of the screen, but did not prevent us from enjoying our movies.) We also enjoyed the back yard with the covered porch and table with lights at night and the fire pit sitting area. Overall, it was a great stay!

Cozy,Great cabin

One of the nicest things was the kitchen. So very well equipped. Anything you would need to cook your meals right there. Fireplace tended to smoke a little but overall, it was very cozy.

Food for the soul

Beautiful cabin in the perfect location!

The location of this cabin is perfect! So close to many attractions and towns, yet back off of the highway in a cute mountain neighborhood that is picture perfect. You are 5+ miles from a Walmart, Starbucks, restaurants but far enough away that it feels somewhat remote! You are also very close to Manitou Springs (7+ min), Colorado Springs (15+ min). We were able to do so many activities (Manitou Cave Dwellings, Cave of the Winds, Manitou Springs Downtown, horseback riding in Garden of the Gods, Mueller State Park, Pikes Peak) all within a 5-40 minute time frame. The cabin has everything you need. Very authentic feel to the surroundings with the wood and stone build. Yet all of the conveniences!Kitchen was great, we cooked most nights. Bathrooms were great. Just FYI, the upstairs bathroom has a handheld shower head and it connects low so just know that going in. The downstairs shower has knobs that are switched (meaning the one marked cold water is hot and vice versa). We figured it out and it wasn't a problem! The beds are super comfy - my girls got their own rooms upstairs which worked perfectly for them and our room was downstairs. There are 2 living rooms - 1 upstairs/1 downstairs.We used the one upstairs exclusively because that is where the kitchen and girls rooms were. Washer/dryer were helpful! Games, books, Netflix - you name it!We got a chance to use the upstairs fireplace - fantastic! Owner was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions!We loved it!

Weekend getaway

We had a nice stay and enjoyed the uniqueness of this cute cabin. Great decorations and everyday we noticed something new and interesting! The day we came there was snowfall the night before and the streets had been plowed which meant all the snow was blocking the driveway. We were a little disappointed the driveway hadn't been cleared and there was no way to park street side as that option was given. So my husband and dad found a shovel and started making a pathway to get our truck in. Once we got inside the cabin area rugs had a lot of dog hair on them. Also one other thing the bathroom upstairs shower head comes to your waist. It wasn't practical to use. Other than those few things location and communication were great.

Wonderful Cabin

This cabin was the perfect fit for our family. My 2 boys each had their own space and having an upstairs & downstairs bathroom was really helpful. There were games, movies, books & food for a fire in the upstairs fireplace. The location was perfect. Everything we wanted to do was within a 10-15 minute drive. The host was very responsive & helpful. The only suggestion I have is during the winter have a throw blanket or two in your luggage. The couches can get a little chilly! Overall we had an amazing time & it was a great place to stay.
