Casa Claudio Colorado is a three bedroom, two bathroom unit in beautiful Colorado Springs, CO. It is completely renovated inside (December 2018) and is equipped with all new appliances and completely new furniture. It is decorated with a rustic glam feel. It is a duplex unit location with an attached one car garage. Located less than 2 miles to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, The Incline, Cave of the Winds and many sightseeing spots! Only one block away is beautiful Colorado Avenue which boasts some amazing restaurants and shops. Casa Claudio sleeps up to 8 people and has one king bed, one queen and a twin/full bunk bed. Casa Claudio is very kid-friendly offering a crib/play pen, high chair, family movies, games and more! We provide luxury linens through out the entire residence and memory foam mattresses. It is our hope that Casa Claudio Colorado will feel like your second home. A-STRP-23-1215

Enjoyed our stay!

The property is as advertised, well appointed, and comfortable. We loved the sitting room downstairs, it was cozy and the fireplace added to the experience. We have already made reservations to come back this summer!

Wonderful place!

We loved staying here! When talking about our vacation our youngest tells everyone about “the place with the bunk beds!” Well equipped with everything we needed and very clean! Would stay here again for sure!

Location. Location. Location

Not only is this a beautiful, well appointed property it is the perfect home base location. Everything we wanted to do while we were in this area was from 6 minutes to 90 minutes, with most things being under a 20 minute drive. Proximity to downtown Colorado City is fabulous, you just walk down over the hill. It is a safe and quiet neighborhood. Loved our stay!

Great Place and Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. It was decorated very nicely. The location was very convenient to restaurants and shopping in Old Colorado City. It was also so convenient to Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs, which are great destinations.

Great Central Location

The place is clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained! It has all the amenities you would want in a home away from home. We loved our stay here. As a bonus, it is a great place to stay as a jumping off point to many of the activities in Colorado Springs.

Great place and great location!

The condo is nicely decorated, really clean, and so close to restaurants and shops in Old Colorado City. Also very close to the cog railroad for Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs. Has a cute patio for relaxing after a day hiking at Garden of the Gods.

Perfect for a getaway

This place is perfect for a visit to Colorado Springs. Great location, it within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Also, centrally located to several area attractions such as Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. I would highly recommend.

Great location!

Beautiful cozy home. We went with another couple to watch my son play basketball at the college. Amazing location. We could just walk downtown! Beautifully decorated and owner was so amazing!

Beautiful VRBO close to everything.

We stayed for 5 days/4 nights and had a wonderful time. The VRBO is beautifully decorated. And very spacious. The location couldn't be better. Close to all the attractions and walking distance to shops and great restaurants
