PICTURESQUE BLUFF SIDE APARTMENT IN HOME

Park-like setting, tucked away in a secluded bluff-side cul de sac, this beautiful quiet main level apartment in a home is not to be missed. Great view of Pikes Peak, close to all amenities, centrally located.
Downtown - 10 minutes, Airport - 15 minutes, Air Force Academy - 12 minutes.
You would never know that you are staying in the heart of the city because it feels like country living in this neighborhood. The home-stay suite, situated against the tree-lined bluffs, gives a sense of privacy and peacefully quiet, even with our family of deer who often come to visit.
Relax in these cozy and elegant surroundings, including family room, kitchenette/wet bar. The master bedroom has a queen bed, and 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. Sleeps up to 4 people. A spacious bathroom allows for more than one person to be using it.
A Private Entrance and off road parking in the circular driveway. Includes Wifi, Cable TV, Washer/Dryer and a Private Entrance.
Kitchenette has everything needed for cooking - Microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, electric frying pan, and more.
Washer/dryer use for additional fee.

This apartment oasis was absolutely perfect for our long weekend girls trip! It was quiet, clean, and cozy. The beautiful view from the couch was the perfect place for us to curl up with a book in the early morning and/or evening after a day of sight-reading. The host was thoughtful and kind, always responding to messages and leaving a whole page of restaurant/breakfast/coffee shop location ideas! We didn't cook any meals (just warmed up some leftovers one evening), but Linda had the kitchenette stocked with everything we would have needed to cook a meal if we had wanted to! Definitely recommend this lovely apartment!

Adorable stay

Great location! The owner Linda was very friendly. She had everything you could need there, plus more. Upon arrival she had a cute gift basket there waiting. Which was a nice surprise after traveling all day. The house was nicely decorated for the holiday. Close to the garden of gods.. beautiful scenery right out the window.. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Memories Made

My husband, sister-in-law and I loved our trip to Colorado. Our stay at Linda’s was excellent in every way. The location was perfect! The apartment was cozy with plenty of room to enjoy our stay. Close to everything!

Linda has a beautiful home. She is lovely, the house is clean and close to everything. No stove, but there are cooking devices available. She left some snacks and water which was a nice surprise.

Beautiful house

Loved our 5 day stay here, Linda had a welcome basket waiting for us when we arrived and she even made a point to say hi to us once during our stay. The house was beautiful and at a very good location close yet far from the main town, we saw deer in our yard. Though we didn’t cook, there was everything we would need if we chose to. We would definitely go there again!! It was our first time staying at a Vrbo and it couldn’t have gone any better!!

Tranquility

Warm and cosy and so inviting. Beautifully decorated with so many lovely little touches that make you feel so at home. Such a sense of peace in this home. Beautiful view of Pikes Peak through the trees. Nice location. Linda was an amazing host,so thoughtful,kind and caring. So blessed to have stayed here.

Central Location in Colorado Springs

Great location. Clean. No A/C in the summer. It was Hot. Host had plenty of fans. It’s perfect if you plan on eating out, not much of a kitchen. Very quiet neighborhood.

The little things:

The owner thought of everything: Soup, Condiments, Treats, Coffee supplies, & everything else that nickel and dimes you to death. The owners' efforts made my stay very relaxing as I didn't have to think of the million small things. The small things add up and they matter! Thank you for a wonderful stay. I love this cozy place and will return in the future.

Mother/son adventure

My teenage son and I took an 800 mile road trip to Colorado Springs to enjoy the many sites. Our stay was wonderful. Nice quiet neighborhood and Linda was a great host. Very helpful. She has everything needed for an effortless stay. Off street parking, safe and secure neighborhood, kitchenette has everything needed for easy meals. Linda was also available for questions and help with anything we needed.

Amazing Rental

This rental is amazing, it’s cute and in a perfect location most everything is within 10-15 minutes. Palmer park is not to far and has amazing views. The big windows in the living area have a beautiful view of pikes peak and is beautiful!! The homeowner is amazing and goes out of her way to make you feel at home. She is very responsive when you message her! We look forward to staying here again in the future!

just right

The host was wonderful and accommodating and was easily able to contact. She provided a list of things to do and places to eat as well in case you weren’t sure or didn’t know where to start. The driveway was a bit difficult for large or low vehicles as it was steep and tight. The beds were hard so if you like your mattresses soft, then maybe bring a topper or extra blankets. She provided towels in the bathroom, extra blankets and plenty of closet and drawer space in both rooms. There was no stove in the kitchenette, but there was a plug in one in a cabinet. It was centrally located so it didn’t feel like we had to drive too far to get anywhere, which was nice. I would stay here again!

Wonderful! Just as advertised

Cute and very clean. it's like an in-law apartment and owner lives on the property so everything is well maintained. The kitchen might be a problem for long stays as there is no stove but there is a huge crock pot, hot plates, microwave, electric fry pan. We stayed for 1 week and cooked several meals and did fine. If ever in the area again would difinately stay here.

Wonderful host

Our host, Linda, was more than accommodating during our stay. She greeted us personally on the first day and checked up to make sure we had everything we needed. The property on a hill overlooked the mountains. Beautiful mountain breezes every night in July! Convenient to all stores. Location on a quiet cul-de-sac. Everything was great. She even treated a wasp sting my husband got as we were about to head home. We would love to stay there again. Highly recommend!
