Come stay in this newly renovated cozy cottage! Pet friendly* with a fully fenced and secluded yard and two car drive way for your convenience. Located a short 4 blocks from the center of Old Colorado City, and minutes from scenic Garden of the Gods! For your comfort this cottage has a double size bed, and queen sized hide away bed! Also, the kitchen is stocked a microwave, oven, fridge, along with necessary eating/cooking utensils.
Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors are hard wired for your safety.
Easily accessible from both I-25 and highway 24 makes this cottage in the perfect spot for vacation!

Very nice great for a couple super cute and cozy only downfall was the busy road it was on was a little loud and if you drive a big vehicle not the best for parking we almost couldn’t fit in drive way but home was very nice and pet friendly so our baby got to come along

Cute little cottage in a great location

We enjoyed this small cottage; it was centrally located for CO & Manitou Springs, good full kitchen and fenced yard for our dog. It was a good size for the 2 of us for our stay. Would stay here again!

Great place

Overall great place for 2 people and the location was great as well. The hosts were great and easy to talk to if you needed to. It was clean and had a fire pit out back. The sofa is pretty uncomfortable I will say and the tv is slow but otherwise it was great. I’d say here again.

Cute cottage in Colorado Springs

Perfect place to stay to be near all the great things to do in Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. We love having our own outdoor space to relax in after a busy day and a full kitchen to cook in. Save a bit of cash for other things! I would recommend and stay here again.

Short stay

This was just perfect spot for us. We were able to go to Red Rock Canyon and Garden of the Gods and it wasn’t far from this location. We didn’t need anything big, just somewhere close to the trails and a place to sleep and eat. The host were very helpful and answered promptly when needed. Thank you for having us!!!

The location of the property was perfect for all the plans we had for visiting and touring the area. The Cottage was comfortable and had everything provided that we needed. At first, we had problems unlocking and locking the front door; but after working with it we did get it to work.

Good property for two

The property was clean, stocked in the bathroom and kitchen, the backyard was nice with bbq grill. Communication with property manager was very good, would definitely recommend to anyone planning a Colorado Springs trip! Thanks again

Son's wedding

Overall, the cabin was comfortable, well located to activities and good walking routes. The only suggestions I'd make are to replace the aging couch and get a window bar for the bedroom window so it can't be opened while the a/c exhaust is there.

Place to shower, crash, and watch a little TV.

Great price, comfortable, simple, and everything I needed it to be. I was in town to enjoy the outdoors and that's primarily what I did. For that it was perfect. Had rented a motorcycle and there was space in the little back yard/patio area to keep that each night. Manager was extremely nice and even went the extra mile by letting me mail a package to myself out there ahead of time to make travel easier on me. Easy to contact them too.

Little cabin in the city

The pictures made the place look bigger than it was. It was big enough for the two of us. Even though a couple things didnt go right (location of the key and fire pit) it was fixed right away. The only thing a little hard was the sound of the air conditioner in the bedroom. It's very loud. We'd stay there again.

Convenient Cute Cottage

The cottage is cute and clean. The property manager was easy to communicate with. The pros are the location of the cottage and its cleanliness. The bed is very comfortable. The cons are the sofa desparately needs replacing as does the outdoor chairs. The place has so much potential if the owner would replace those items. Another con is the bathroom is not stocked at all - so bring your own soap and shampoo. I also would not advise summer visits as the A/C in the bedroom does not cool down the cottage. If visiting in fall or spring, it would be perfect especially if the outside furniture gets replaced.

Needs help

House is in an awesome location. Couch ineeds replaced as cushions fall down into the base. No other chairs to sit inside. Tv remotes didn’t work. Air conditioning doesn’t cool the 2 room home. May have just broken and temporary air is right at your head and that didn’t cool anything either. We were only there 2 days so we did not contact the owner.

The good and the bad

Location was exactly what we were looking for. The property not so much. We arrived late, no outdoor lighting, we planned on using the advertised hide-a-way bed in the couch, it was unusable and there was no linen for it, just a comforter. The couch was very broken down and uncomfortable (also told via e-mail couch was updated). There was no hand soap in the bathroom, advertised as having shampoos, soaps, etc. less than half a roll of paper towels, no extra trash bags and no dish clothes to wash the dishes (there was only a dirty sponge). We had to go buy all the above items. The refrigerator stopped working on Sunday, contacted the proper owner and he apologized for the inconvenience and said he would replace it on Monday, I told him we were leaving early Tuesday morning and asked if he could get us a cooler with some ice thinking that would get us by and it would give him time to get a replacement refrigerator and help to get it inside. He never responded to my message and we never got a cooler or ice. Outside patio was not as advertised. Grill unusable, utensils rusty/dirty. seating had three unusable chairs and two (comfy) recliners. Bed was comfy and bathroom good. Had hard time with TV, no cable, remote needed batteries, need own Roku acct
