Loaded with natural lighting, this large and spacious home is nestled in the scenic foothills, at the base of spectacular Cheyenne Mountain. The perfect location for special family celebrations, work retreats, and exploring Colorado Springs. Located in a quiet upscale neighborhood in southwest Colorado Springs, the home offers 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and three living areas.
    Relish sunrise and sunsets and striking mountain and city views from the deck and bedroom windows. Nature and wildlife abound. Encounters with deer, bobcats, foxes and bear are possible. Enjoy outdoor dining on the deck and light up the night with the fire pit to make wonderful memories. Explore mountains, streams, and canyons. Hike in the nearby Cheyenne State Park. The house was plenty big enough for two families to stay in. Location was great and not too far away from area attractions. The house was stocked with all the kitchen essentials and bathrooms had plenty of paper items for our stay.

Family vacation

We had a great family vacation at this home. The location is perfect to visit Colorado Springs and Manitou. We were able to cook multiple meals without any trouble. The next time we get to come to this area we will definitely stay at this home.

Awesome house

Great house with so much to offer. Great spaces, great games, great kitchen. We were here for our son's wedding and hosted a brunch and 9 family members. We had a great experience here.

Most amazing house we’ve stayed at!

Great place to stay!

House was perfect for our family on vacation. The house is perfect. Very clean and wonderful, safe neighborhood. Convenient to shopping, restaurants and attractions. The house everything we needed. What our family liked most was the house has multiple living areas so there was a lot of room to spread out. Highly recommend!

Vacation with Friends

We met friends in Colorado Springs for a long weekend of relaxing and sight seeing. The house was beautiful, clean, and fit our needs perfectly. It was well stocked with essentials, and check-in and check-out was a breeze. The fenced in backyard and outside furniture/fire pit were great, and the view out of the front was beautiful. We will definitely be looking to stay here again the next time we visit!

Family reunion

This house is perfectly located to get to all major attractions in CS and every restaurant we picked was a short drive away. Would definitely stay there again. Home was comfortable and the owner responded immediately to the small issues we had.

Family stayed at the Broadmoor house for a few nights to attend a graduation. The house has it all! The location is close to Ft. Carson in a great area. House was clean and well supplied. Host was communicative. Will stay here again!
