We loved the house & location! The only negatives were the creaks in the house…that’s it! The house is very nice and in a perfect location for views & accessibility to sights. We really enjoyed the property (and the yard bunnies!!)

Family vacation

We had a great family vacation at this home. The location is perfect to visit Colorado Springs and Manitou. We were able to cook multiple meals without any trouble. The next time we get to come to this area we will definitely stay at this home.

Awesome house

Family stayed at the Broadmoor house for a few nights to attend a graduation. The house has it all! The location is close to Ft. Carson in a great area. House was clean and well supplied. Host was communicative. Will stay here again!

Perfect house for a family vacation

What an amazing house. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals. Lots of room for our family. The location was perfect for the day trips that we took each day. An added bonus was all the books for our grandkids to read. We will definately look to book this house again next time we come back to Colorado.

This house is perfectly located to get to all major attractions in CS and every restaurant we picked was a short drive away. Would definitely stay there again. Home was comfortable and the owner responded immediately to the small issues we had.

Views! Location! Comfort!

We loved our stay in this quiet neighborhood home in the shadow of Cheyenne Mountain. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed to cook with, the bathrooms with plenty of towels and wonderful liquid toiletries. The beds were so comfy, and the layout takes advantage of the sightlines and natural lighting. Love love love! We are already plotting our next stay! Thank you so much!

Awesome Family Reunion Home❤️

We reserved this home because it is close to our house, and we had out of state family visiting. It was better than i ever imagined! This home was very well appointed and super comfortable for everyone from 4 years old to 40❣️. There were games, plenty of open space for gatherings, a beautiful yard to play in, and the views of Cheyenne Mountain were spectacular!! Many thanks to our awesome Hosts, and i hope to reserve again soon❤️

Great Place to Stay by the Broadmoor

This house was perfect for my family of four when we visited Colorado Springs for a few days while on our way to Vail from Texas. We chose this house based on the location to The Broadmoor, photos of the house, and the size. When we arrived, it did not disappoint. It was well kept, well appointed, very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all utensils. Having a garage was also a big plus. I will be staying here again the next time we visit Colorado Springs.

Colorado Cool Down

We loved this property. The location was wonderful and very close to everything we needed. The home is very well maintained and bonus was watching the cottontail bunnies playing in the back yard. Outstanding stay!

One of the very best VRBO properties we've stayed at. Dave is a super host: very communicative, always available and provided complete and clear house rules and instructions. The property is roomy with a well kept yard and is located in a very nice, safe and quiet neighborhood. We were impressed with how well furnished the house was as well as the well-equipped kitchen, high quality toiletries and towels and comfortable bed. This is definitely a place we hope is available during our next visit to Colorado Springs. Highly recommended!

Exceptional property

Visited Colorado Springs to help our son and his wife with their military move to Germany. The home is conveniently located to Fort Carson. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The house is amazing; it’s comfortable and inviting. We felt like we were staying in a model home. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you needed; David thought of everything. This property will be our go to place whenever we are back in Colorado Springs. The views of Cheyenne Mountain from the home were spectacular.
