Palmer Lake is known for its wildlife; who will visit during your stay? Our farmhouse is close enough to town to be convenient but far enough away you’ll see the stars at night and enjoy the peaceful quiet you’d expect in Colorado. Palmer Lake has many wonderful mom & pop restaurants, the lake and trails to explore all minutes from our front door.

Guests will have access to the entire LOWER unit as well as a private patio with access to a SHARED backyard with play equipment. Additional waiver to be signed to play on the play equipment. Please note this is a basement unit so there is potential for noise from the upstairs guests. We do ask for a 10 pm quiet hour. Please keep in mind I’m happy to remind upstairs guests of noise level but I can’t be responsible for upstairs guests. When booking this unit please be aware there may be upstairs guests. This is a LOWER unit! There will likely be noise. If you are sensitive to noise or want complete silence I would suggest you book a different unit. But if beauty meeting value is what you're after this is your perfect spot!

This spacious walk out unit is located in the lower part of our home. The upper unit can be rented as well to add sleeping for 16 more people. This lower unit has a king bed and full size futon bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed and twin over queen bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom. A full size bathroom with large shower is also in this unit. Your children will love our cherry blossom climbing tree and swing in the living area. Full kitchen and dining room as well as a gazebo and dining area outside. Washer and dryer too. We have provided it all!

Plenty of parking on property.

This is a lower unit with an upper unit above. Keep in mind there may be guests above you. NO recreational drug use of ANY kind on property. We are a pet FREE home. Cigarette smoking allowed outside only with no trace left behind. A generous starter supply of consumables will be provided.
