Great location, super cute neighborhood and clean, modern, comfortable place

Love the neighborhood and close enough to Pike’s Peak and Garden of the Gods for easy access. Had everything we needed for our trip. We didn’t bring our pets, or have young children but they had everything available in case you do. We would definitely stay again.

Relaxing Stay

My fiancé and I had a wonderful stay at Madison House. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed—it truly felt like a home away from home. I especially enjoyed the spa bath, which was a perfect way to unwind. Our pets were welcomed too, and the thoughtful touch of toys left out for them really made a difference. The attention to detail was exceptional, and we can’t wait to return!

This propety is absolutely beautiful and the owners are extremely accommodating and thought of everything a traveler could possibly need thiat is right there in the house upon your arrival. Location is close to everything. Would highly recommend renting the Madison House and would rent again when we return to CO in the future.

Reunion with grandchild

I was very impressed with the overall condition of the property. The owners went above and beyond to ensure that the property had cleaning things available for use and that things like paper towels and napkins were already there eliminating the need to purchase items. My grandson enjoyed the video game immensely and wanted to stay there.

Everything you could ask for

We needed a restful place to stay with our two kids on the first night of our trip to Colorado and couldn't have found a better place to unwind. The spa-level showers and bath were perfect to shake off the weight of traveling and the amenities gave us everything we needed to have a night to recoup. Plus, toss in the classic arcade cabinet with long lost games I haven't gotten play in decades and it was the perfect night for my boys and I.

This is the best rental in the springs

I wanted to get away for a weekend and this was the best choice I have made in a while. This is the best property for the price. Very spacious and open, perfect for families or couples with pets. Extremely clean and plenty of comfortable linens. The shower robes were a very nice touch! The bed was very comfortable and there are so many details in the space that make it unique. Also the perfect place to cook dinner or breakfast! Thank you so much for the hospitality, will definitely be my first choice if the hosts will have me again!

Cozy girls trip!

We had such a wonderful time here! This place was SO clean, well organized and the layout was unique and perfect. The kitchen was a great place to hang out in and easy to cook in. The bathroom was beautiful with the open concept. And the master bedroom mattress was divine. Literally the most comfy bed we’ve ever slept in. We weren’t expecting to be in the basement apartment but it was not a problem at all. Still very private. We also enjoyed the private patio. WiFi was SO FAST! We will be staying here again! 10/10 recommend!!!

Nice location close to all Colorado Spring amenities

Overall, a good location for visiting Colorado Springs. The historic neighbourhood the property is located in is very beautiful. The property was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The only negatives were the somewhat awkward status and multi-level transitions within the main living area as others have mentioned. The available street parking was scary at times. Vehicles travel at high rates of speed within a few feet of parking which makes getting in and out of your vehicle challenging.

Gorgeous Rental

I’ve stayed in many rental properties, but this is one of the nicest I’ve seen. There are so many thoughtful amenities, the kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes and cookware you’ll need, there were even snacks and beverages provided! The bed and couches were very comfortable. My mother was originally supposed to stay with me but she was unable to navigate the stairs down to the apartment and throughout the space. If you have any mobility issues, this may not be the right place for you. Regardless of that, I hope it available the next time I visit family.
