Beautiful home in a great location with a wonderful host!

We had a wonderful week and a half in this perfectly located, beautiful home with a great view! Paula was very quick to respond to any questions and gave us some great suggestions of places to eat and things to do in the area.

Beautiful home in a gorgeous location with easy access to everything you want to see and do in the Springs. The host was easily accessible and accommodating. She has thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely stay there again and can’t recommend enough.

Property was in a very nice area with convenient access to everything we wanted to do. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of space, spacious bathrooms, and everything we needed in the kitchen. We will stay here again if we come back to Colorado Springs!

Great place to visit

We loved staying here, great neighborhood and close to restaurants and Colorado Springs activities. Grocery store minutes away. Walking in the neighborhood is beautiful w views of mountains. We recommend it!

Just right for Broadmoor conference

Place was in excellent condition; loved the downstairs bedroom, kitchen, view of nature past the backyard. Was one mile from Broadmoor, a little hike that did me good.

Attended wedding at Broadmoor (2 couples). Location convenient for wedding events and Manitou Springs/Pikes Peak/Garden of Gods. Property clean and updated. Looks like still doing some finishing touches to property

Delightful retreat

The property was perfect for my wife, dog and me. It was ideally located for our hike up the Manitou Incline, checking out the local sights and our daily trips to the nearby dog park with a stream for the dogs. The property is in a quiet, delightful neighborhood and is well furnished with higher end amenities. It was a great place to relax after a busy day and our dog loved the back yard.

Broadmoor wedding weekend

Perfect space in great location for close access to wedding events at the Broadmoor. Easy to get back and forth quickly and excellent space to rest and relax between events. It was only my wife and I but would be perfect for 2 couples. We would gladly return to explore more of what Colorado Springs has to offer!

Perfect place to stay for conference at Broadmoor

Lovely vrbo in a great location. I had hoped to walk to Broadmoor for conference but the Colorado weather had other plans. It would have been an easy, quick 20 min walk if not for the 8+ inches of snow. I would definitely stay here again, the vrbo was exactly as described and had all I needed for.a wonderful stay. Communication was easy and pleasant. 5 stars across the board!

Reconnecting and Hiking

We selected this location as we wanted many options for hiking, and the area did not disappoint. The home is located in a beautiful community and is absolutely stunning. We brought along an older pup and there were good spots for him to get exercise. It was quiet, and we especially enjoyed relaxing on the covered porch near the water feature. The home was very clean, well stocked, and the host was responsive. Thanks so much for a lovely stay.

Relax Mountain Home

The place is very cool. Neat decorations. Quiet enclosed backyard for dogs. Great upscale Neighborhood. We also love walking dog thru the neighborhood. Seeing some deers is awesome. Great location to access lots of view points within 30 mins. Owner lives next door is friendly and keeps asking what can be improved.

Amazing Home, Neighborhood, Host!

Paula’s home was SPECTACULAR. Everything was incredibly modern and new: from the kitchen appliances to the washer/dryer to the beds, and beyond. The bathrooms were gorgeous and brand new… the master bath even had wall mounted shower heads… great touch! The kitchen sink looked like it was carved out of a mountain. All the decor was well themed and artfully chosen… feelings of zen surrounded us during our stay. While we barely used the outside space, the elevated deck and fire pit were a nice touch that we wished we had more time to enjoy. The neighborhood is safe, conveniently located near supermarkets, and is near plenty of restaurants.All in all, there were multiple instances every day when my wife and I would walk in and say “this place is awesome!”I would recommend Paula’s home 11 times out of 10. Thank you so much for having us as guests! It was a pleasure to stay in your home.

Record snow storm!

This was a beautifully appointed and finished property. It was so new that some things still needed to be finished to make it perfect. The kitchen drawer pulls and cabinet door handles weren't installed which made it difficult to open the drawers. There was a record snowfall while we were there which was absolutely gorgeous. The location is primo. Would for sure stay there again. The host Paula, was very responsive and helpful.

Wyndham Resorts should be so nice

In two words... "jaw dropping." The online photos (sorry VRBO) did not begin to do it justice. This circa 1951 property was remodeled recently with numerous high-end touches. All rooms were spacious and well appointed. The main bath had a huge walk-in shower with 4 showering options and 4 correlating faucet handles. Additionally, it had a large, free standing tub and dual sinks. The large kitchen was outfitted with plentiful, beautiful cabinetry, granite counters and modern appliances. The dining/living area leads out to a covered deck overlooking a nice patio area and lots of trees. Until arriving we really weren't sure where the 2nd bedroom was situated. It was basement level accessed by a lovely, circular stairway leading to a nicely furnished bedroom and second bathroom. The main bedroom on the top floor is just off the entry Hall. It's nicely decorated with a KS bed, large dresser, night stand, wing back bedroom chair and a good sized walk-in closet. Also important was the hostess' responsiveness to my in app queries about various aspects of the property.

Kick Back and Relax Luxury Home

When we look for a VRBO/Air B&B, we are always looking for a place with an outstanding king size bed. This bed was just what we were looking for. It's so comfortable. This VRBO is like staying in the Mother-In -Laws Suite connected to the owner's home. It is absolutely beautiful. The first morning it had snowed. We enjoyed our breakfast and drinking our tea looking out the floor to ceiling windows taking in the beauty. This place has a beautiful walk-in shower, large bathroom, wonderful kitchen. Could not ask for anything more. The neighborhood was so quiet. So close to the Broadmoor. Paula was so good about answering my messages, even though she was out of the country. Paula does have dogs, so you receive an early wakeup call each morning. We will definitely return when visiting Colorado Springs.

The house is very nice, updated and in a great neighborhood. The master bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen was gorgeous. My only suggestion is to put up drapes or blinds in the basement bedroom.
