For the price, this was a great stay. Room was newly remodeled, and very clean. The neighborhood had some rough spots but no one bothered us. Owners were very kind. Lots of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Would stay again for the price.

The owners are super nice and it is obvious they take prode in the motel. Grounds are well kept and clean. Originally booked for two days but ended up staying 1 additional night because we enjoy it so much. Very close to quain Manitou Springs and around the corner from Garden of the Gods. Definitely recommend!

Our stay was excellent. The service was wonderful. Steve and Jenny gracious hosts. Enjoyed the snack bag that they gave us full of fruit and all kinds of goodies. I would definitely recommend staying here. It’s close to everything.
