Our home has a 6 bedrooms with a total of 7 beds!

5 of the bedrooms have 1 Queen Size bed in each & the 6th bedroom is a large master that has 2 queen size beds in it. Baby crib or high chair available upon request.

Each room has it's own smart TV for each guest & any kids who may want to watch cartoons while falling asleep.

The upstairs has a full size kitchen for you to cook the amazing dinner after all days of outdoors and enjoy it with the Lake view! The downstairs has a kitchenette. Both levels have washers and dryers and their own bathrooms!

Enjoy morning coffee or hot chocolate on the furnished deck with the view of the lake! Or by the fireplace with the view of the mountains!
We have an abundance of beautiful hiking trails around us within walkable distance from the property.

The house is a 1 minute walk from Palmer Lake and bars/restaurants.

We are just a 3 minute drive from Spruce Mountain Wedding Venue!

Perfect place to stay!

We were there for my daughter's wedding and the house was absolutely perfect for everyone! Very clean and plenty of room everyone! I would definitely recommend staying at this location! The location was great and we were able to walk to locations. Not far from a larger town.

Awesome party house

This place is in an AMAZING location. Deer posted up right near the patio in the evening and early morning. The space is so great and really is like having 2 homes in one rental. Looking for a spot for a big group near the lake- this is your house!

Loved our stay!

We stayed here with our bridal party before our wedding. The inside was super cute and just as pictured. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. It is not actually on the lake, but there is a walking trail to get across. It was a good location and close to everything.

Great House Near Colorado Springs

This is my second time that my family has stayed at this property. The house was perfect for our visit to USAFA in Colorado Springs. It is very spacious and in a great location, with amazing views, in a quiet neighborhood. Check in was very easy and the host, Anthony, had great communication. The house is equipped with everything you would need for a great stay.

Night in Palmer Lake

Outstanding property nestled in a quiet Palmer Lake neighborhood. The house was very clean, check in was very easy, and the property stacked up to how it was advertised online. The property manager provided prompt and detailed answers to questions through the VRBO app. Great location and neighborhood, within walking distance to the small Palmer Lake downtown, park, and lake. Overall a great place to stay, will book again if needed!

Amazing spot!

The house was great and it was right next to the lake. We went down to play some volleyball then to the local bar. Very convenient for walking around the area. We even left a few things and the host let us know so we could come by and grab it all! 10/10

Family Trip

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, with mountain and lake views. The house is very spacious and beautifully decorated. We loved spending afternoons on the back deck. Beautiful House by the Lake!

The night before my wedding, I stayed with my bridal party here, and this house made it perfect. There was plenty of space, comfy beds, and lovely decor. Anthony was incredibly accommodating and responsive. This property is walkable to all the restaurants, shops, and the lake. Thank you so much! :)

Perfect place!

We hosted a small surprise birthday for my husband and had friends come in from out of town and it was the perfect place! The house is very clean and specious. It’s walking distance to the lake and restaurants. Anthony was very helpful and quick to respond! I appreciate all his help and communication. This place is perfect for families and friends.

Great place!

This property is adorable and met all of our needs. The owner was helpful and responsive to our inquiries. The little touches like make-up mirrors in each room, plenty of towels for our big family, cute & current decor, plenty of kitchen supplies, two spaces to hang out in, and plenty of parking. The owner made sure we had a high chair and pack & play (already set up when we arrived)! The place was very clean as well. We saw deer on and around the yard every day, which was a treat! We would definitely book this place again.

Stylish and Spacious

We held a 24 hour retreat for a group of 10 women, and this stylish and spacious home was perfect! It’s bigger than it looks in the photos and the attention to detail was impeccable. Everything was clean and curated. It felt very thoughtfully put together and we had everything we needed to cook large meals. Anthony went above and beyond to accurate our arrival and departure times, and checked in to see how we were via the app. Great communication in the booking process as I was working out of the space would be right for us. We did a beautiful hike up to the Upper Reservoir and loved the lake views from the patio. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Peaceful Lake Stay, Great for Large Groups

The location of the property was perfect. It was a 3 min walk to the lake where many people were out enjoying the water, paddle boarding, etc. There were also a few restaurants/bars in walking distance. Overall, a very beautiful place! The house was amazing, clean, and great for large groups. Lots of bedrooms and a full kitchen plus kitchenette in the basement. Our group had a great time enjoying the space, the deck, the views, etc. Anthony was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay as well. Hope to be back sometime in the future!

Family Christmas at Beautiful VRBO

Beautiful home. 7 adults 2 kids family Christmas celebration. This home was perfect ,two complete homes...almost, lower level kitchenette. Allowed for the family to have plenty of space and privacy. Nicely stocked, all we needed to bring was food and of course ourselves. Location across from Palmer Lake, which was iced over, saw people ice skating, and playing ice hockey. Watched many deer come into the yard to eat from a bush. So lovely. We were blessed with a White Christmas...was magical. Owerner of home answered all questions promptly. Home was clean and comfortable. Made our get-together unforgettable.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay so much. The host was very responsive, providing a crock pot, fishing poles, etc. we loved the recreation area with pickle ball, hiking, disc golf and more. The beds were very comfy and we had lots of room to spread out and hang out.Check in and out process was easy peasy!Would definitely stay here again!
