"The room was spacious and clean. The only complaint is how tiny the bathroom is. You have to walk in and stand between the toilet and the tub to close the door. The staff was friendly. Property was clean and nearby amenities. "

"Air conditioning didn’t work. They didn’t really tell me that. When I asked to turn the temp down they put a tower fan in our room while we were out. "

"The gentlemen at the front desk when we arrived was very kind and friendly, the room how ever was gross. Yellow stained sheets, when we asked for replacements they requested we go to the front desk and get them ourselves. We had booked two nights there and check out after the first because how unclean it felt"

"It was a perfect place to stay when our new grandson was born as it was in walking distance to the hospital. I really enjoyed using the nice work out facility during our stay. The breakfast was very good as well. Nice variety and selection to choose from. The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay. "

"Room was clean and comfortable, however the toilet kept backing up throughout our stay(6th floor). The guest laundry was convenient. The breakfast was an additional charge and didn’t seem to be stocked enough for me to want to fork up the $16 for the “buffet”, not to mention the false advertising for lattes and specialty coffees that I was hoping to enjoy. When having to resort to the restroom downstairs it was not well stocked and I had to use face tissues to dry my hands. The staff wasn’t openly pleasant, nor very talkative. They seemed kind of bothered to have a conversation . It was very busy during the day with the meeting rooms which I’m sure they’re best known for. As for the gym , I considered using it but I decided against it, but I’m sure those who rely on it for their exercise do enjoy it. I preferred the nice walks outside and it was at least pretty to look at. Also the restaurant nearby wasn’t the best , but up the road was some better options for dining and good coffee. Get what you pay for, probably won’t return. "
