"Booked hotel for a couple nights with family. Expected pool and hot tub to be open and got there and was notified it was not in service and wouldn’t be for some time. Was too late at this point to cancel or I would have. After checking in, we started to the room and smell something like vomit. We looked at some old stains in the carpet outside our room and couldn’t stand the smell it was so strong. We were luckily moved to another room. Staff didn’t seem concerned or apologetic about the pool...

"Place was filthy both inside and out. Breakfast was a disaster the eggs were cold and rubbery. The place Smelled like cigarettes and weed the whole time. We went to tell the front desk but go to find out that is where the most of the smoke smell came from."

"The bathtub was just painted and still wet. The room had very strong paint smell. We checked in after 10pm and wanted to switch room, the front desk told us all rooms were full. later when had shower, found out the bathtub was sticky with paint. We called front desk and the lady told us there was no room available but could get refund. The next day the manager told us only gave 1500 reward points and told us why your guys changed to other hotels if you felt not good. what a joke, it was...
