The hotel was really nice and clean. I was in Koln for a weekday concert. The location was not far from the hotel and public transportation is accessible. Has available parking. A contactless check, but staff were still readily available to assist.

A little out of the city but once we had worked out tram stops worked well for us. Comfortable clean room, just what we needed. We parked at a park and ride to avoid costly hotel parking and emissions fee. Worked out €30 for 48 hours rather than €50 at hotel.

Great, clean and ideal for football!

Really clean and welcoming hotel. Modern rooms with good facilities, clean and quiet. Ideal location 45 min walk for FC Koln stadium to watch a Euros match. Also about 30 min walk to the city centre which was ideal as away from the hustle and bustle. Would stay here again and recommend with confidence.

Modern conference hotel with parking available. In a residential area but close to the University, a park and a tram stop into the City centre. Trams very frequent and take about 10 to 15 minutes.

Big BW hotel in the calm neighborhood of Ehrenfeld, Cologne. Hotel is clean, reception desk ladies helfpul.. My complaint is about temperature of the room, which I complo also to the reception. They said it was normal but it was not.. so i believe i will not prefer the hotel during winter times

1. Great service from start to finish. 2. Good food. 3. Room was smaller than expected for the price 4. Public transport was a 850m to 1km away which makes it difficult during the rainy winters. 5. Should change the rugs for sure, they either are dirty or look dirty, I am sure the hotel can get betters rugs.

The hotel was in a perfect location for the convention I was attending. Nice quiet area. Not to far from local transportation. Reception staff were excellent with customer service and really helpful on checking out as my ordered taxi didn't know to go. But the evening night/early reception gentlemen gave him the right directions. The two young gentlemen on the bar during my stay were extremely helpful and offered two different types of alcohol free beer. The only negative was Saturday evening where you had a technical issue. This was regarding no option to purchase evening meals, drinks as it was cash only. Especially as I was at a very busy convention and didn't have time to eat.. Therefore had to go into the centre of Köln to find a restaurant to eat. This was the only negative to a good stay.
