The room is nice and clean and the staffs are quite helpful. But too much noise from next door, even in the midnight. Mainly because the rooms aren't noisy-proof, and no room rules of noisy management.

It was not so bad, sound isolations in our room was not so good, we can hear sometimes voices from another room. In our Deluxe room was refrigerator and kettle and own shower.

Boa localização

O hotel é simples e apresenta algumas limitações: estrutura antiga, banheiro com box danificado, sem suporte para shampoo e sem pano para o chão que fica molhado após o banho, além de cheiro de cigarro no corredor. Por outro lado, as camas são confortáveis, os lençóis e travesseiros limpos, as toalhas novas, e a equipe educada e atenciosa. A localização é excelente, próxima a restaurantes, bares, supermercado e a apenas 15 minutos da catedral. Uma opção com conforto básico e boa localização, mas que poderia melhorar em alguns detalhes, principalmente na apresentação e decoração do quarto, não causa boa impressão.

Nie wieder - Empfang aber top

Preis war nicht angemessen. Es war zu laut (Nachbarzimmmer Zähneputzen war hörbar) und zu hell (nur Gardinen, bei denen man weiter ohne Licht lesen konnte wenn zugezogen)

Unterkunft des Schreckens

Das "Hotel" ist eine absolute Notunterkunft. Es handelt sich dabei um eine umgebaute Mehr-Zimmer-Wohnung, die bereits vom Schnitt der Räume/ der teilweise niedrigen Deckenhöhe usw. nicht als Hotel taugt. Zugang erfolgt über ein privates Treppenhaus. Die Ausstattung des sehr hellhörigen Zimmers war der Wahnsinn! Das Badezimmer war regelrecht versifft, weil es offenbar handwerklich mangelhaft nachträglich eingebaut wurde und kaum gereinigt wird. Schimmel und Kalkablagerungen waren zu sehen. Handtücher wurden gestellt, nicht aber Seife oder Shampoo. Der Ausblick war direkt auf die vor dem Fenster befindliche Klimaanlage gerichtet. Die Fernbedienung des TV hatte braune Rückstände zwischen Tasten und stank nach Kot. Die Betten waren entgegen anderer Rezensionen in Ordnung. Bettwanzenbefall war nicht ersichtlich.

Es tut mir sehr leid so eine Bewertung schreiben zu müssen. Aber Sauber sind die Zimmer nicht. Ich musste für das Bad erst Putzmittel kaufen. Auch alle Böden waren nicht sauber. Handtücher gibt es für jeden Gast nur 1Basetu

Wir hatten ein Deluxe Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Ebenso wie das Gebäude ist es schon in die Jahre gekommen; Gebrauchsspuren sind sichtbar. Es war sauber, ebenso wie die Betten. Da wir keine hohen Ansprüche in Anbetracht des niedrigen Preises hatten, sind wir sehr zufrieden. Statt einer Klimaanlage gab es einen Ventilator, der bei den heißen Temperaturen gute Dienste getan hat. Frühstück wird nicht im Hotel angeboten. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es aber Möglichkeiten. Das Hotel ist aus ÖPNV Sicht günstig gelegen: zum Hansaring sind es ca. 100 m; zum Ebertplatz ca. 400 m. Es gibt einen kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz im Hinterhof, der heiß begehrt ist. An dem Straßenrand kann geparkt werden. Doch eine Lücke zu finden, ist Glückssache.
