Clean room comfortable bed helpful staff only issue no lift so I travelled with a friend with health condition so by end of week she was feeling it from the stairs other than that great stay. Plenty of shops supermarkets coffee shops bakery pubs couple minutes walk

Very nice and helpful staff. The room was clean even if kind if old. But totally Ok. The position is the best if you are in the city for a cin ern jn the close arena. Its also very convenient to reavh tye city center: just 20 minutes walking distance. The area is full of cafeterias, restaurants and shops.

This is not a hotel by any reasonable standard. This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve ever had. Despite language online suggesting “modern,” “comfortable,” & conveniently located accommodation, this is deeply misleading. In reality, this property operates more like a poorly maintained hostel and should not be listed alongside legitimate hotels. The walls are paper-thin - you can hear people breathe next door & coming in & out all night making sleep impossible. The bed was extremely uncomfortable: hard, bowed in the middle, & so noisy that any movement caused loud creaking, waking us repeatedly throughout the night. The bathroom layout is poorly designed: the shower & toilet are crammed together, while the sink is inexplicably in the bedroom. There are no tea or coffee-making facilities in the room or anywhere on site, which is unacceptable even for budget accommodation. On a Sunday morning, when most local cafés are closed, this made getting a simple coffee very difficult. We only booked this property because it appeared close to the station. In practice, it really isn’t convenient, especially with luggage. There is no lift, so heavy suitcases must be carried up the stairs. The room itself was extremely small, with barely any space to open luggage or move comfortably & no fridge. The photos online are deceptive, showing a level of space and comfort that does not exist. Charging prices comparable to genuine 3- or 4-star hotels in EU capitals is insane.

The WiFi was so terrible it was close to non existent. No iron in the room. While they try to make check-in easy it is in fact not if you don’t already download the app or happen to have a person open the door for you because the no one answers the phone. Not ideal.

Amazing value I would 100% recommend no complaints at all, I was able to enter at 3AM due to our late flight with no problems. Keys are on phones so are very easy. Just the best hotel I could have gone too.

About a 15-20 minute walk to the center. When booking it said that the hotel is smoke-free, but it's very obvious when going up the stairs that people smoke there due to the very strong smell of smoke.

My family refused to stay in this hotel, as after booking we realised it appeared to be an asylum hotel and parking did not appear to be safe, cancelled booking and still got charged - TOTAL RIPOFF!!

A warning for anyone looking to stay here, and especially book the "apartment", this is no better than a hostel. The "apartment" is in fact three rooms on the top floor and a small, tired bathroom. There is no communal area you'd expect from an apartment, the rooms do not have air con, safes or fridges which is a basic amenity for a normal hotel room, let alone an apartment. The shower in the bathroom is not fit for purpose, the toilet is caked in grime, and there was a resident dead wasp on the floor of our entire stay, meaning the bathroom was not cleaned once. DO NOT stay here if you want to feel like you're staying in a hotel.

Das Zimmer,vor allem das Bett war viel zu klein. Mein Mann und ich sind beide über 60,das wurde nicht berücksichtigt. Wir mussten da klettern. Im Bad war keine Steckdose und von den Dreien im Zimmer ging eine nicht. Den Duschkopf konnte man nicht aufhängen, da Halterung kaputt. Diese wurde dafür benutzt, das Minikippfenster aufzuhalten. Das war der Abzug.Das Fenster im Zimmer konnte nicht geöffnet werden. Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Personal war nett,soweit man das beurteilen kann. Wir hatten doch so 7 Minuten mit einem jungen Mann zu tun,der beim Online Check In geholfen hat. Frühstück gab es im Hotel nicht. Parkplätze keine vorhanden, aber das wussten wir. Kein Fahrstuhl vorhanden und die Treppen sind steil und eng. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis nicht wirklich gut.

Die Lage ist gut. Vom Bahnhof Deutz gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ohne Handy ist man allerdings aufgeschmissen. Sowohl beim Bezahlen als auch der digitale Schlüssel geht’s nicht ohne. Achtung: Check in ist erst um 15 Uhr möglich, was ziemlich nervig war, da wir auf das Amphi Festival wollten.

Das Bett war zu klein für zwei Personen. Keine Klimaanlage, das Fenster ließ sich nicht ankippen und wegen Einbruchgefahr auch nicht ganz öffnen. Bei den herrschenden Temperaturen war der Miniventilator wenig hilfreich. Ansonsten gute Nähe zur Arena mit Parkhaus und Einkehrmöglichkeiten.
