Cologne weekend

The hotel was clean and room spacious, service and welcome from Julia was amazing and she helped us decide where to visit and Jason was great when we returned in the evening taking great care of us

Das Hotel ist im Allgemeinen in Ordnung, es bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-VerhÀltnis, es scheint ziemlich neu zu sein und die Zimmer sind okay. Das Personal war nett und die Lage war wirklich gut, viele Cafés, BÀckereien und Restaurants in der Umgebung und gute Anbindung an die Innenstadt. Die einzige Sache war, dass eines der drei Zimmer, die wir gebucht hatten, sehr klein war und das Badezimmer stark nach Abfluss roch, aber da es ausgebucht war, konnte nichts geÀndert werden.

Important documents stolen by hotel staff

[English version below]Wer auf seine Privatsachen Wert legt: Finger weg von diesem Hotel. Eine absolute Katastrophe! Der Empfang war erstmal freundlich, mir wurde sogar ein gratis FrĂŒhstĂŒck angeboten weil das Zimmer “sehr klein” sei. “Sehr klein” ist die Untertreibung des Jahres, man hĂ€tte zu zweit nicht nebeneinander darin stehen können und auch ohne Klaustrophobie war das Zimmer schon unangenehm winzig. Das Bad war, nachdem ich um 16:00 eincheckte, noch nicht geputzt und ich habe darum gebeten, dies nachzuholen (eigentlich in sich schon absolut unmöglich, aber zu dem Zeitpunkt wusste ich noch nicht, welche Konsequenzen das ganze nach sich ziehen wĂŒrde). Meine Tasche mit höchstpersönlichen Unterlagen (kranken Akten, Steuer Unterlagen etc.) wurden aus meinem Zimmer entfernt. FĂŒr mich ist das nichts anderes als Diebstahl. Als ich danach gefragt habe, hieß es nur, es wurde nichts “gefunden” (fragt mich nicht, warum es fĂŒr fremde Menschen in meinem Zimmer was zu finden hĂ€tte geben sollen) Keine Entschuldigung oder Ähnliches. Als ich nach dem/der Manager:in fragte kam “der hat gerade keine Zeit”, auf einen RĂŒckruf warte ich bisher vergeblich. If you value your private stuff: Hands off this hotel. An absolute disaster! The reception was friendly at first, I was even offered a free breakfast because the room was very small. Very small is the understatement of the year, two people couldn't have stood next to each other in it and even without claustrophobia the room was already unc

Nickel!!!!

Super hĂŽtel! Certes la chambre est un peu petite mais super fonctionnelle et hyper moderne. Literie au top! Accueil trĂšs agrĂ©able et le cafĂ© et le thĂ© Ă  volontĂ© est un bonheur!!! Nous n’avons pas testĂ© le petit dĂ©jeuner mais je suis sĂ»re qu’il est top!!! Je recommande Ă  1000%!!!
