Durchschnittliches Hotel

Die Apartments sind sehr geräumig. Jedoch hat im Bad in der Badewanne die Armatur nicht richtig funktioniert. Ferner gibt es keine Heizung sondern nur einen elektrischen Erhitzer, der auch nicht funktioniert hat. Auf Anfrage, ob man diesen auswechselt, bekam ich keine Antwort.

Wir hatten zwei Apartments gebucht und in einem gab es mehrere Dinge, die nicht zufriedenstellend waren. Zum einen ging der Badlüfter nicht, dadurch bildet sich Schimmel an der Decke. Der Reinigungszustand war nicht in Ordnung. Der Fußboden war doch sehr schmutzig. Laufen ohne Hausschuhe war schrecklich. Dann gab es nur 2 große Handtücher und eine Toilettenrolle. Für insgesamt 4 Tage fande ich das doch sehr wenig.

Nice apartment but it needs proper maintenance

It is a nice place to stay, the check in instructions were really good and helpful. I had struggled with some things. 1st the bathroom door was not closing which was extremely annoying. 2nd the low light at the bathroom prevented me from being able to brush my hair nor being able to check my clothes.. It was also annoying 3rd the shower on the tub is not working. I guess if the toilet is not okay, it messes up your whole stay

Ein Bett für Rigger

Sehr schön und funktional. Einzig ärgerliche war die beim Check-in ausgeschaltete Fußbodenheizung... Im Oktober zwei Tage kalte Füße bis der Boden durchgewärmt ist, muss nicht sein. Aber dafür gabs ja ein kuscheliges Bett.

Hygiene is not Luxury

We are leaving the apartment much more cleaner than we had found it. We had needed to clean the WC and the stove because we found dirtiness from previous guests, which is disgusting. I suggest you to check fridge. There is a block of ice that let anyone to know how much time ago was the last time somebody cleaned the fridge. If there is still doubt, you can check fridge door shelf. Kitchen and living tables were full of sticky dirtiness. There were not shampoo nor conditioner. Towels are too thin. Detergent and soap were dilution. There is a lack of things that anybody would like to find in a temporary apartment like sugar, salt, oil, paper towels, scanner, to name a few. Internet connection is spotty, slow, and disconnect too often to be useful. TV does not work at all. With best regards Sebastian

El apartamento está bien, y tienes de todo.Tiene un baño con bañera y ducha y un aseo, algo muy cómodo si sois 6 adultos.Eso si es un 4 piso sin ascensor. Además lo gestiona una inmobiliaria porque es un apartamento en un edifico normal, con lo que hay vecinos, y no te explican nada de cómo sacar las llaves, ya que las tienen en una cajita con código donde están los buzones. A pesar de que contacte con ellos el día antes de ir vía mail, para saber si podía anticipar el,check in, no se les ocurrió darme el código de seguridad para recoger mis llaves, ya que hasta allí no se desplaza nadie de la inmobiliaria. Al final tuve que llamar a un número de teléfono que venía en la reserva y me atendieron en inglés, y me dieron mi código para entrar, no quiero ni pensar que pasaría si voy a las 9 de la noche que ellos ya no están en la oficina o si yo no hablara inglés. Creo que tendrían que gestionar mucho mejor el check in.

In der Unterkunft waren viele Dinge beschädigt oder bereits seit langem Kaputt. Der Abfluss in der Küche hat getropft, im Kühlschrank hat fie Tür fürs Gefrierfach gefehlt, der Mülleimer, Kleiderschrank war kaputt. Der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert. Und die Wohnung war nicjt sauber geputzt, überall war Staub und Dreck.

Alles Sauber gewesen! Sehr schönes Appartement für einen Top Preis! Bezahlmöglichkeiten ausreichen vorhanden gewesen! Einziger Kritikpunkt war, dass die Rezeption und Köln nicht zu erreichen war an einem Samstag Mittag, jedoch war dies jetzt nicht unbedingt notwendig. Die Infos per Mail waren ausreichend.

Prima appartement voor een lang of een kort verblijf, heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, gunstige ligging, redelijk schoon, voor een goede prijs. In het begin was lastig om contact op te nemen met het appartement (reactie pas een dag van te voren), maar uiteindelijk was het personeel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Für eine Nacht ok

Auf den ersten Blick ansprechend und ok. Beim Gebrauch zeigen sich die Mängel. Duschkabine innen fehlte der Tür öffnet und die Halterung der handbrause was Defekt. Es wurde auch ziemlich gespart. Wohnzimmer und badspiegelschrank nur halbe Beleuchtung, bei einer Nachttischlampe war gar keine Glühbirne vorhanden und die handseife war mit Wasser verdünnt

Eşimle birlikte hiçbir problem yaşamadan konaklamamızı gayet memnun bir şekilde geçirdik. Bölge oldukça sakin, komşular oldukça sessiz, yorucu bir günün ardından rahatça dinlenebilmek için birebir. Yatak karyolasının metal olması uyurken yaptığınız en ufak bir harekette dahi uyanmanıza sebebiyet verebilecek ölçüde gürültü oluşturabiliyor, tek negatif özellik buydu diyebiliriz.

Nice place to stay, but needs better communication

The only thing that wasn't great about this place is that I tried calling the number listed on the reservation and they put me through to a different number as it wasn't the correct one. Then I tried to call that number numerous times around the check in time, and couldn't get an answer. I received an email eventually giving me directions on how to get in 3 hours after the check in time, and they stated that they didn't have any phone service. It worked out as I had an appointment until after that time and my bf had another place to take a nap, but if we had nowhere to go during that time, I probably would have re-booked somewhere else.
