In the heart of Colmar city center, this 145m2 duplex is fully air-conditioned. Ideal for a stay with family, friends, colleagues, for a weekend, vacation or work. With these 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms the apartment can accommodate up to 10 people.
It is composed at the first level:

a bedroom with two single beds and a double bed,

Upstairs, you will have:

a separate toilet.
The apartment is on the 4th floor with elevator. There are 3 steps entering the accommodation after the elevator.
The accommodation is located in the pedestrian zone of downtown Colmar. A paid on-street parking area by meter is available nearby.
The Montagne Verte public car park is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. It offers 650 spaces underground (maximum height of 2m, possibility of electric car charging).
You have the possibility to reserve private parking spaces in the basement of the building (1m80 maximum height) or within a radius of 500m around the accommodation. These places are limited, subject to availability. A reservation is required. Price from 12€ per night, per place.
You can reserve a space in a secure bicycle room in the basement of the building.
The entire accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay:

The apartment has a baby bed and a high chair (This equipment is designed for children weighing no more than 15kg and under 3 years old). Remember to take bed linen for the baby bed, the size of the mattress is 60x120cm or to reserve the “baby bed linen” option at an additional cost.
In accordance with regulations and for your safety, the number of occupants of the accommodation, including adults, children and babies, cannot exceed 15 people.
Would you like to sleep in a double bed? Once the reservation has been made, you can reserve a “double bed” option at €30 per double bed, so that the 2 single beds become a double bed, with a double mattress and a double duvet.
House rules:
This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.
Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 in additional cleaning costs.
Animals are accepted on request (animals under 15kg and not dangerous) with a supplement of €30 per stay per animal. It is requested that animals be kept on a leash outside the accommodation.
Bed and bathroom linen as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and bathrooms.
However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, clean the barbecue, take out the trash, empty the refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called “complete cleaning” of the apartment before your arrival for €60. In the absence of prior reservation for this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, you will be charged a penalty of €120 cleaning costs.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complete weekly cleaning with change of all linen is included in the price, always with the exception of the equipped kitchen and dishes. The desired weekly cleaning day (excluding Sundays and public holidays) must be indicated on your yaago traveler space at least 48 hours in advance. It will be confirmed to you subject to availability. Weekly cleaning is free. If you do not want this service, it can be canceled but will not be refunded.
For stays of 7 nights or less, it is possible to reserve a “cleaning during the stay” option before the stay, always with the exception of the equipped kitchen and the dishes with an additional charge, upon prior reservation.
You will be asked to sign a digital contract and your identity document via the Yaago platform after booking, as well as information for the police form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
