"The property and grounds are spectacular, for a family retreat. Our stay at the end of July was very hot, so with air conditioning it would have been excellent! Also, the Wi-Fi was a little hit & miss. The pool and grounds are fantastic! Would definitely recommend."

"We had the most wonderful time in Villa Bramasole. We were 9 persons and we all loved the house, the garden and the poolarea. We all felt that there were plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen and the cookingarea also worked fine for us and so did the outdoor diningarea. We are a family that really loves to cook and eat together and we enjoyed every minute. The house and the garden is so beautiful and the nice poolarea is great. We would really love to visit the house again. Thank you for a wonderful time."

"We had a very special stay at Villa Splendida.The villa is absolutely gorgeous, beautifully maintained, and very well equipped. My family and friends had a wonderful time during our week there. It is also in a very strategic location, making it easy to explore many of Tuscany's main towns and attractions.A huge plus is that both houses have air conditioning, which is especially important during the hot Tuscan summers and made our stay much more comfortable.I highly recommend Villa Splendida to anyone looking for a beautiful and well-located place to experience Tuscany. The view from the pool and sunset is outstanding!"

"We had an absolutely perfect stay in Lucignano and cannot recommend this property highly enough. The home was spotless and beautifully maintained, with a well-equipped kitchen that made it easy to cook and enjoy meals as a family. The pool was a standout—clean, refreshing, and clearly well cared for—and the expansive property gave our kids plenty of space to run and play freely. The setting is peaceful and quiet, away from road noise, with stunning views of the surrounding countryside that made every moment feel special.What truly made this stay exceptional was the host. She was incredibly friendly and always easy to reach via WhatsApp. When we had a luggage mishap, she went above and beyond—providing our kids with clothes and swimsuits until we got ours, which made a stressful situation so much easier. She also welcomed us with a bottle of her own homemade olive oil, which was such a thoughtful touch. Throughout our stay, she offered great local restaurant recommendations, spent time playing with the kids, and even showed us how to make pasta—an unforgettable experience for the whole family.This was one of our best travel experiences, and we would return without hesitation."

"We wanted a small town location and authentic tuscan vibe. This casina was perfect. It was on a small "dirt road". Took a little getting used to to drive on it, but the peacefulness and solitude was what we were looking for. There were a couple of neighbors nearby. The house had all the things one would need for a few days to a couple of weeks. There were supermarkets near by in every direction. We drove all over Tuscany from this house. The owner reached out to us before our stay and was very nice. She didn't speak English, but google translate helped. Only two things we would note: i locked us the very first 10 minutes of getting in the house. The doors lock when you close them, so always have the keys with you. Second, the property is well lit, which we appreciated, until we went to bed. And they didn't shut off until 5:30am. It made it a little hard to sleep with the lights from outside being so bright. After pur first night we woke up at 4am, thinking it was 8am,but we adapted. We were there for 4 nights, and overall, i would highly recommend this lovely place if you want an authentic experience in a quiet little area. Montepulciano was about 30 minutes away. As well as a small charming town. The owner left us a bottle of wine and a pavkage of pasta and tomato sauce to make a meal! So sweet! It was perfect!"
