"Very loud all the time. Our room was on the side with the shuttles and for almost 18 hours a day there are people talking loudly and lights and beeping. Do not recommend unless you are guaranteed a room on the far side."

"Initial feeling of disappointment as we entered the hotel. Fountain under construction and no sign of being worked on while we were there. The one day we were able to sit by the pool, all eateries were closed and didn’t open til 2pm. It was very disappointing. The elevator also wasn’t working well. After 5 yrs of staying there, we decided this would be our last. Overall the property is starting to look shabby"

"When I booked this property, I did not think all of it was not renovated. I should have done my research more. The room i received was not up to par, not only it was far side of the resort, as well as the sheets had mold spots on them. After going to the front desk to ask for a different room, not only because when i booked that was not what i booked for but i don’t want to stay in no room that the bed have mold. The young lady at the front desk was very understanding and tried to resolve things for me, but unfortunately requests fell short, not only i never got a room the bed was never got looked at. I had to be the one to go back to the front desk to again ask after staying out of my room for half of the day because that’s what i was told( someone would come look at it) This property has so much potential, all they have to do is renovate all of it. As well as why is the water park a separate fee? This resort is booked because of the water park I’m sure but you have to pay a separate fee for it which is insane to me"

"When reserving a cabana on their website, I suggest to call and confirm at the same time. You’re not guaranteed it’s yours if you don’t . "

"Toilet had issues to flush, room was average, every vending machine was out of water the 3 days we were there. "

"The property was old dinghy in need of repair and had a very bad smell. We checked in went to the rooms and left immediately. This place is horrible!"
