Lugar belíssimo com piscinas naturais dignas de um paraíso. Pousada simples e atendimento simpático. Porém, A limpeza de TODO o local deixa muito a desejar, achamos a sauna suja e o quarto com cheiro de naftalina, tudo um desleixo, empoeirado e sem limpeza há muito tempo! estrutura da pousada como um todo carece de manutenção, coisas simples que poderiam melhorar muito o lugar. A piscina artificial, que era para ser quente, estava fria. O wi-fi só pega em alguns lugares e sinal de celular não pega lá. Bom para famílias com criança pequena. Lugar tranquilo e bonito, porém mal gerenciado e desleixado! Infelizmente algumas são reclamações desde 2018 nessas avaliações que até hoje não foram resolvidas, apesar do nosso quarto já ter box de blindex. Então, reclamo na esperança que melhorem, pois o lugar tem um potencial imenso.

Foi tranquila, muita paz e silêncio. O que deixou a desejar foi a porta do quarto que entra certa claridade pela manhã, o que para mim é ruim, pois gosto de dormir no escuro total. Acho também que o café da manhã pode ter mais variedade de queijos. A comida do restaurante deliciosa, vale a pena comer por lá. As pessoas muito atenciosas e solícitas.

Péssima pousada

O lugar é lindo, super arborizado, as piscinas Termais naturais são boas. Já as outras... Terríveis! Sem a mínima limpeza e conservação. Os chalés são horríveis, cheio de mofo e parece que não são limpos há séculos. Banheiro horrível, sem as mínimas condições de limpeza e conforto. O que dizer do café da manhã? Péssimo! No primeiro dia fui comer um pão com queijo e estava mofado! Fui comer o bolo, na hora em que cortei uma fatia saiu um bicho vivo de dentro do bolo. Só havia dois tipos de frutas e não tinha ovo, se quiser tem que pagar. O restaurante é uma frustração, 3 opções e caras. Sai mais barato ir dirigindo até a vila e comer por lá. Enfim, um desperdício de lugar. O lugar é lindo, mas mal cuidado, mal gerido, mal conservado. Jamais indicaria a alguém e nem morta volto a me hospedar por lá. Se eu fosse o Hoteis.com, tiraria a pousada das opções, queima o filme da empresa.

Simples mas gostosa.

Ficamos um final de semana sozinhos na pousada, eu e minha esposa. Quarto limpo, cama confortável. Banheiro sem box no chuveiro. Café da manhã simples mas gostoso. Equipe atenciosa. A piscina aquecida, privativa dos hóspedes, não funcionou enquanto estávamos lá, o que nos chateou um pouco. Mas as piscinas termais são gostosas, mornas mas bem limpas. Enfim, provavelmente retornaremos alguma próxima vez.
