A coastal studio bungalow, located in arguably the most sort after street on the Coffs Coast. Situated perfectly between the Jetty and Park Beach, which all leads you to the Coffs Creek, beautiful beaches, an array of restaurants, hotels, walking tracks and tourist attractions. Coffs Creek is your backyard, perfect for a refreshing swim, stand up paddle or canoeing! FREE parking with plenty of space for caravans, trailers or boats.
The neighbourhood is very safe and in a family friendly suburb. All flat land so you can ride your bikes, walk, skate, or push the pram with ease! Its the perfect distance to the Jetty and Park Beach. Coffs creek surrounds us and all the patrolled beaches are minutes away! A great kids park, surf club, canoe hire, surfing lessons at your fingertips!
You have your private Bungalow to relax in. Plus your own private swimming pool, shared only with Brodie House guests. If you book both the house & bungalow you have the pool all to yourself! You have your own BBQ,, all utensils, linen and so much more. We give you the keys and away you go!

Great little place for our short stay

Location is within walking distance to Park Beach. A modern little bungalow. Shared yard/pool with the guests from the main house but very private otherwise. Nice little spot.

Was obviously too pet friendly. Needed a thorough clean and airing. Each time we returned from a outing we needed to air the Studio. The bed is jammed between 2 walls, the host supplied the bare essentials. Not returning sorry guys but please lift your game for the next guests.

Quiet, tidy and convenient

Great stay at this property. Everything we needed was provided. Very clean and tidy. Beds were not overally comfy, but it never is when it's not your own. Close to everything we needed and the pool was a great addition for a quick dip after a long day in the sun at the stadium. Would stay here again :)

Overnite stopover

Was nice and neat. Bed is a bit cramped ok for overnite stay. Garage roof of house is dangerous .. nearly hit head a few times as gate latch is under very low eave.

Brodie cottage

For a couple of nights stay it was ok very central the bed configuration was much to be desired! A wall each side so you had to be a gymnastic to get in and out but it was comfortable all in all it was ok clean and equipped with everything you neededā€¦

It was clean and worked perfectly for us and our 2 little dogs. It wasn't as close to cafe and restarants as we thought it was but it all worked for our overnight stay. We were initially concerned about the bed being so close to walls etc but bed was very comfortable.

Only one issue; the bed is butted up to walls at head and both sides and as a 68 yr old I found the bed difficult to get into and out.

Hidden Gem

Although tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood, this Bungalow is the ideal location, essentially in the heart of Coffs Harbour, to get away. Would recommend to all given its fantastic amenities, kind hosts and safe location.

Was a beautiful property. You could tell it was furnished and planned by someone who cared and could live in it themselves. Awesome location. Just has ghosts in the bathroom that opens the door itself šŸ˜‚ All in all beautiful property and will 100% be back to enjoy it again

Short Stay at Brodie - Always Worth it!

The second time at Brodie's Bungalow was just as good as the first. It seems to be always clean and central to everything in Coffs Harbour. The layout of the bungalow is done with such thought that once inside it feels bigger than it actually is, and topped off with a nice, contemporary styled living area. We'll definitely be back again!

We gave this a 1 star, not because of the cleanliness or tidiness, its because we have had the worst sleep ever. The bed was so packed in between two walls, if you were over 50 I would re-think this place, you had to scoot to get out. I took the sofa bed, that was worse. Sorry, if the floor plan of the bedroom was bumped out another 1/2 meter there would be room to get out of bed the normal way. Very badly thought out.
