Located just three blocks North of Sherman Ave., our AlleyHouse is ideally situated to offer guests easy access to all Coeur d'Alene has to offer. Explore the city on foot, or by using the AlleyHouse bikes, and relax later in the comfort of home. With two bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa, the AlleyHouse sleeps 4 adults and 2 children comfortable. Off-street parking is included and conveniently located next to the front door.

Wonderful!

We enjoyed the stay at the Alley house so much! Super clean, nice fluffy towels, our bed was super comfy! We were welcomed with snacks, a bottle of wine and popsicles when my grandchildren came by to visit! We walked the short walk every morning to have yummy coffee at Coeur d’Alene coffee company. Couldn’t have ask for more. It We will definitely be back here again! Thanks so much!

Great time!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Alley house! Super clean and quaint home just a quick walk to downtown! It was nice to have a house and kitchen and be able to still go out for some meals! I would recommend!

Great place

We had a blast staying in this area. So much to do. The place was super clean and the beds were comfortable. There are many places to eat within walking distance. The treats left for us were yummy and we would love to stay again.

Cutest Alley House with Amazing Location!

This charming alley house was the perfect size for our family of 5! It was so nice for our 3 kids to have their own space and everyone slept well in their own beds. This house was also in a great location! We were in a quiet neighborhood, being 3 blocks from the main street with all the restaurants and shops, and 4 blocks from Lake Couer d' Alene. We rarely drove anywhere! This house is also close to a grocery store so we were able to stock up to have meals at home. We stay at a lot of VRBOs, and this host was one of the best that we've had! They left us a personal gift basket of treats, and popsicles in the freezer, thoughtful touches that were appreciated:) We left behind an important item and they contacted us immediately to let us know and said they would return it. Overall we had an amazing stay at this house and would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Incredibly clean!

We had a great time in this Garden District rental! We were so happy to find snacks provided on our arrival (nuts, popcorn, chips and salsa, etc). Also, there was a bag of coffee for us. Check-in could not have been easier - there's a unique, simple number lock on the door, and it works well. There was plenty of parking for 2 cars, and the alley was nice and quiet. The unit was extremely clean. If you feel you are missing something in the kitchen, be sure to check all the drawers and cupboards, because almost anything you would need is there, including some some storage baggies and containers. Extra towels/wash cloths and some toiletries, are provided as well, and we really appreciated that. We did fine with 4 adults getting ready to attend a wedding and various other family gatherings during a 4-night stay. The only thing l would ask of the owners would be to add another towel rack and a couple of additional hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels. Thank you for providing a very conveniently located, clean, pleasant accommodation!

Ideal home base

The location of this property is absolutely ideal for a family visit to Coeur d’Alene! Plenty of parking space for our vehicle and bikes, easy walking distance from town and the local parks, and the home was clean and cozy. We would definitely stay here again!

CDA Weekend

The alley house was a perfect base to explore CDA and the surrounding area. It’s an easy walk to downtown, and the bikes on site came in handy for exploring other neighborhoods. The house is stocked with thoughtful needs- coffee, toiletries, bedside charging cords- and communication was great. We also appreciated the easy access via smart lock, and comfortable beds. Thank you!

Excellent vacation rental

This home was perfect for a family of four (2 adults, 2 children). Unit was small but spacious. The AC unit was much appreciated because the August temperatures were 80-90's. Each bedroom had a stand-alone fan in it - which worked well for keeping the room cool and acting as white noise (I like to go to bed early, while the rest of my family likes to stay up and watch TV). Kitchen was decently stocked with the utensils we needed (glass measuring cup to heat up water, microwave, knives). Excellent location. Quiet spot to sit outside. We will stay here on our future visits to CDA.

Everything you need for your stay in the heart of Coeur d’Alene. Super clean, well stocked and within walking distance to downtown. The Alley House is a rare find! The hosts are wonderful and very responsive. Already planning our next trip back!

My family wanted to move in permanently!

The location is perfect for biking or walking to the lake, and the main shopping on Sherman Ave. It was very quiet at night with comfortable beds and bedding. The kitchen had everything we needed to make all our meals. This is an extremely cute vintage house with lovely thoughtful owners.

Perfect space and great location

Mitch was an unbelievably helpful host! Anything we needed he was happy to assist with. The place is extremely clean with all of the amenities we could ask for. Being a short walk to downtown was icing on the cake. Highly recommend this place!

A very nice home

This was a very nice home and was one of the better rentals we have stayed at. It was clean, cute, welcoming, and safe. The location is close to downtown and it had just enough amenities to help you enjoy your vacation. The check in and check out process was simple. We could tell the owners made an extra effort to try and make sure the home was cool during the record heat wave in Coeur D’ Alene-and we appreciate that. The home was child friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Great house for your money!

This house was located right down town! Perfectly clean and very cute. Small but cozy. The owner even left us popsicles in the freezer and Hershey kisses on the breakfast nook and microwave popcorn! We booked this house for location, price and white linens. I would book again if we come back to Idaho.

Fabulous location and extremely clean!

Check in process was very easy and convenient. It was perfect for our stay. Located just a show walk to part of downtown and the lake. It makes it easy to enjoy the boardwalk, shopping and great food. We will definitely here again!
